A wonderful stay — Moonstone is charming and full of soul, with a deck right up on the lake’s edge. Beautiful scenery and a quick drive to many places. Woods nearby to walk in and provided kayaks make this spot great for nature lovers. Mighty was communicative and responsive, the cottage was filled with handwritten notes giving us any info we needed. Lots of personal touches and plants made it cozy. Good amenities and a little bigger than I thought from the pictures!

Really lovely place. Spacious and super comfortable, stocked with helpful sundries and techy items in every room. Beautiful kitchen and downstairs bathroom! TV projector and screen a blast. While unexpected lawn maintenance limited some outside time, was otherwise a fantastic rental.

I want to say thank you to Christopher and his family for allowing my friends and me to stay in their home. it was clean, beautiful, serene and exactly what it was described to be. Christopher, your suggestions on golf courses for my friends and me were exceptional. I hope we were as good of guests as you were hosts!

Edson was extremely proactive with his communication. The place was very clean and the amenities made this home away from home a great stay. Highly recommend checking out Edson’s spot!

We had a wonderful stay at Nilsa’s place. The house was very peaceful, quiet, and extremely comfortable—perfect for a relaxing weekend for us away from the daily city huddle . Nilsa was an excellent host: very responsive, warm, and made us feel completely at home. The kitchen had all the required utensils as well as basic need items like oil, salt and pepper , sauce, etc, which she allowed us to freely use. We had a small teething issue with one of the rooms being locked, but Nilsa arrived within 10 minutes to resolve it personally. Her promptness and friendliness really stood out. The only thing to keep in mind is that the nearest large grocery store like a walmart and the likes, is about 20 miles away, as the town itself is quite small. That said, there are smaller local stores just 5 miles from the house that cover the basics. Get your groceries and stuff on the way to the place from a large town, so that you don’t have to go back again, and everything else is perfect. 5 star’s

My friend and I had a lovely two-night stay at Julie's place. The house is the perfect retreat—peaceful, cozy, and beautifully located. We especially enjoyed the evenings by the wood-burning stove and long, leisurely breakfasts on the porch while listening to the river. The beds were incredibly comfortable, with high-quality pillows and bedding—we both slept so well! I would definitely love to come back someday with my husband to enjoy the peace and quiet, as well as everything else the Berkshires has to offer. Thank you, Julie and Arthur, for sharing your wonderful home with us!

We had an amazing time at this cute apartment. The local food and atmosphere was so welcoming. We would definitely stay here again.

Heather's place is amazing...very spacious and was great for my two week stay for work. It really great it is so close to the highway and also local restaurants and shopping. Will definitely stay again if I am in the area.

Lovely little spot to stay in for a college visit!

The apartment was perfect for our trip. We were there visiting my niece at Hampshire. It is well kept and Michael’s instructions for getting in were very clear. The place was clean and comfortable. It is close to town and was easy to get around. The game selection was amazing!! And there was enough space to lounge around. We will be back!!

The host was very friendly and responsive. She gave great recommendations for places to go while I was in town. The listing looked exactly like the photos. I appreciated the security of the stay with multiple safety measures in place. I would highly recommend staying here!

This is our 4th time staying with Sandra and it still is perfect! Very homey, fully equipped with all your needs plus some, easy parking, check and check out, comfy beds, this list goes on.. and Sandra is the best host ever!!!! Very friendly and accommodating. Extremely clean and peaceful place. Very cute and cozy set up as well! Denise and John are excellent hosts. Upon leaving, our car unfortunately got stuck a mile out from the house in some deep snow. John saved the day and immediately came to the rescue to tow us out. His kindness and quick response saved me a lot of stress. Highly recommend John and Denise for their exceptional hospitality and willingness to go the extra mile!

This camp and cabin was comfortable and homey. We felt at home from the peace to the decor, the books and the vibe. would and will stay again

We had a lovely stay in Richard's cabin. The house is very spacious, and perfect to spend times with friends and family. Richard was very responsive and welcoming. I highly recommend!

This house on N Shore Rd in Westhampton is a beautiful refuge in the woods of fairly new post and beam construction - at least that's what I think it's called. The house sits on a small lake/large pond and has a small private sand beach, and on offer were a kayak, rowboat, paddleboat and more. Unfortunately the water level was quite low while we were there due to some ongoing work on the dam - the lake is manmade - but we were warned of that in advance and so have nothing to complain about. We stayed for a week and had a wonderful time. A couple of things to note though - it's really dark at night so be prepared to use your phone flashlight to navigate your way from your car to the house. Also, I was surprised to see curtains on only two or three of the windows, so sleeping-in past sunrise is a little difficult if that's your thing. And lastly, the locks on the back doors were not working while we were there, but it didn't bother us enough to let the hosts know. Overall, very nice!

Amazing place. So serene and comfortable to be at. Loved every minute of it. Place had everything we could need but was minimalist enough where we could disconnect and really embrace the outdoors and cabin vibe. The quiet and tranquility helped tale us away from the daily hum and fully embrace nature. Met a few people in the surrounding area and they were all so kind and lovely. The view of the lake never got old and its placid reflective waters really brought one at ease. Would stay here again for sure.

We came to Otis with our 3 young children with the plan for them to learn to ski at the nearby ski school/mountain. We had a wonderful time and John and Loren’s house was perfect for us. They are lovely, accessible and accommodating hosts! We had the good luck of a snowy weekend and the cabin and property were just gorgeous. The cabin is simple, but very comfortable and we enjoyed how cozy it felt. Our kids slept well and and had so much fun, so did we!

What a beautiful home in a gorgeous setting. We unfortunately got caught in a winter storm during our stay. Christina went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of during the inclement weather. We will definitely stay here again!
