Welcome to a charming 18th-century house with an accompanying guest house. Enjoy the tranquility and the sea, with proximity to stunning natural surroundings of forests and mountains. The house features beautiful interior design and comfortable beds. Relax on the terrace and in the lush garden, or use the wood-fired hot tub. There's ample space for activities, and you're welcome to borrow our kayaks, paddleboards (SUP), and sauna raft. Max number of guests is 10 p, including kids. Sorry no pets.

The house is also super cosy during the winter with an open fire place, warm bath in the hot tub and the sauna. A fantastic place to reflect over life.

Promenadavstånd till mataffär, busshållplats och färja till Åstol och Dyrön Tjörn erbjuder allt från vacker natur, bad, fiske, paddling, vandring till konst och restauranger.

Nice house at the Swedish west coast

Renovated spacious and practical house with room for many. In addition to the Bohuslän idyll, there is a fenced plot with hammock, hot tub, outdoor kitchen with large grill and Italian pizza oven. In addition, it is close to sea bathing, fishing, paddling with our two kayaks and walking distance to our charming local restaurants (Havstenssunds Bistro and Skaldjurcaffeet). It is 8 km to Grebbestad where there is a rich selection of restaurants and shops that are open all year round.

Drömläge i Smögen, balkong, p-plats och wi-fi

Hyr vår helt nyproducerade lgh på mysiga Klevudden i Smögen. 100 m. till klipporna och 100 m. bryggan ligger vår 3:a med många bäddar och en stor balkong med havsutsikt. Från Kleven tar det ca 5 min promenad till Smögenbryggan. Saker som finns i lgh och ni är fria att använda är: täcken, kuddar, filtar, tvättmaskin, torktumlare, hårtork, diskmaskin, Webergrill, tv. P-plats finns under huset med hiss upp till lgh. Inga husdjur, ej rökning och inga "partygäng". Åldersgräns 30 år.

Lovely house built in 2018 situated on the island Hamburgö on the west coast of Sweden. Generous space for 8 people with all the amenities for relaxed living in one of the most beautiful places in the world. Enjoy the ocean with nearby cliffs and beaches, or hang back on the sun-drenched pool deck. Evenings are spent around the fireplace either indoors or outside. Med en kort promenad når ni affärer, restauranger, bageri & glasscafe samt färjeläget där ni enkelt tar er över till vackra Hamburgö. Fina stränder och badplatser finns 1.5 km bort. Även skog och mark med motionsspår och vandringsleder finns i närheten.

Öppen planlösning kök, matrum och vardagsrum. Matrummet, med sina 12 fönster mot syd, väst och nord har öppet upp till nock och plats för 8-12 personer. Två sovrum varav ett med dubbelsäng och det andra med 120 cm våningssäng. Leksaker och barnmöbler finns. Nära bad.
