All of our rooms include a microwave, coffee maker & Bar Fridge, Air Conditioner, Electric Heat, TV with satellite service, Free Wi-Fi, Free Parking and free use of our picnic area with a fire pit that is located on the shores of the breathtaking Madawaska River. This room doesn’t face the water, but the waterfront is just a short walk away on the property.

Room Three is over twice the size of our other rooms. It has a covered veranda on one end and a forest view and large patio on the other, 2 luxury pillow top double beds with a private 3-piece bathroom (the shower for this room is in the bathroom), a 42" flat screen TV with satellite service. This unit is the only unit we have that has a full kitchen including a full size fridge with freezer, stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher.

It is also equipped with a flat screen TV, air conditioning, ceiling fan, unlimited free Wi-Fi, access to our sitting room, country deck and picnic areas with BBQ and fire-pit (including complimentary propane). This cabin can accommodate a cot for a third person if needed.
