Beautiful familyhouse close to the beach, Haarlem and Amsterdam. Situated in a quiet neighborhood. The City Centre of Haarlem is 10 min walk. A great city with shops, restaurants and bars. Also only 25 min by bike to Zandvoort Beach. Ground floor: cozy living where you can relax, big open kitchen with is fully equipped and open doors to the sunny garden. There are 2 bedrooms, a modern bathroom with bath, separate shower. PS we have two cats. They are very gentle and are used to be around kids

Mooi familiehuis gelegen vlakbij Amsterdam. Ons huis heeft een grote living van 60m2 met 3 paar openslaande deuren naar de zonnige tuin. En de keuken met alles erin Op de eerste verdieping zijn twee slaapkamers met in elke slaapkamer een tweepersoons bed. En een studeerkamer voor een wiegje. De badkamer met douche en bad bevindt zich op dezelfde verdieping. Op de tweede etage is de derde slaapkamer met een tweepersoonsbed en een slaapbank. Een waskamer met wasmachine, droger en strijkplank.

Gehele woning in Haarlem vlakbij het centrum en het strand. Het huis ligt in de Kleverparkbuurt. Een mooie rustige buurt gelegen naast het centrum van Haarlem (15 min lopen, 5 min fietsen). Op nog geen 300 meter bevindt zich een supermarkt, kinderwinkel en leuk restaurantje. Speeltuinen op loopafstand, zoals de natuurspeeltuin de Kweektuinen met een fijn café, kabouterpad, grasveld. Het strand is zeer dichtbij (20 min fietsen, 15 min met de auto) en Amsterdam op slechts 15 min met de trein.

Dit geweldig huis, gelegen in Noord Haarlem is ideaal voor een gezin met een of twee kinderen. Met drie verdiepingen heb je alle ruimte om te bewegen. Je kunt gebruik maken van een volledig ingericht huis voorzien van alle gemakken. De tuin ligt op het zuiden en is de hele dag een heerlijk plekje om te ontspannen. It is an also a perfect base for exploring nearby Amsterdam or the beach, with good access to public transport.

Very childfriendly neighbourhood where the kids play in the streets. Close to (5 minute walk,) to the town's main shopping street (Binnenweg). Haarlem city center is a 10 minute bike ride away. And Amsterdam a 20 minute drive by car. Perfect for families.

Our neighbourhood is situated just outside the main city center of Haarlem (5 min biking) and perfectly located to reach Zandvoort either by bike (30min), by car (15min) or by bus (bus stop is 2min walking from our house), Amsterdam (20min by train)
