The living room has a 75” Smart TV and reclining sofas. The kitchen’s gas stove will make any chef happy! Upstairs you find 2 king bedroom suites and 1 Queen bedroom, game room with a 65” Smart TV ample seating and second full bath. Within walking distance are pickleball courts, trails, river access, shops, Main Street and much more!

Newly renovated loft in a building that is on the National Register of Historic Places. Centrally located in the Gunnison Valley, the loft is in downtown Gunnison and is walking distance from shops, restaurants, grocery stores and WCU. In the summer, you can enjoy hiking, biking, ATV trails, fly fishing, rafting, horseback riding and golfing. Crested Butte is 30 minutes away and the wildflower capital of Colorado. In the winter, Crested Butte Ski resort and Monarch Mountain are 45 minutes away.

You & your family/friends will enjoy every minute—with plenty of space for everyone! 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, lots of extra beds, a fully stocked kitchen, & a HUGE deck! *Please note: there is NO WIFI. You'll find a Queen bed with ample storage underneath, a full size futon couch and a kitchen that will meet your needs for you're visit. Within a block radius there's 4 restaurants, hockey rink, city parks and bus stop (free bus to Crested Butte), 3 Blocks to down town Gunnison and 6 blocks to Western State Colorado University.

Off street parking, walking distance to Main Street shops, Western Campus, restaurants, and grocery. Open layout with lots of sunshine and views of the Gunnison Valley.
