The Tingalpa creek right in front of the house is an approximate 2 hours kayaking inland, and same to return. You can cycle for over half an hour without leaving the waterfront, up to Wynnum. The airport is approx. 20 mins drive, 30 mins to the city, and the Wynnum/Manly Esplanade is only 7 mins away. My place is private, is in a convenient location and the quiet, leafy neighbourhood. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. I do not accept children under 12 because of the pool. Off street parking is available.
