Absolutely perfect! Relaxing. Quiet. The property was beautifully landscaped! Just steps to the beach! House was clean and quite spacious. Devi was responsive and available to answer all questions. Highly recommended. We plan to come back!

Jodi is a terrific host. This is the second time we have stayed at one of their townhomes at Barrier Dunes. They do everything top notch. The place is well stocked with everything we needed. The grill is high quality. The beds are very comfortable. It is just a great stay all around.

Cape San Blas is our go to every year for family vacation. We usually stay in barrier dunes but different condos, usually just what we can find. The location was perfect for getting close to the beach and very manageable walk with two little kids. Will definitely book with them again, just through their website next time!

This is the most beautifully decorated beach home I’ve ever stayed at. I’m an interior designer and most beach places are so cheesy and tacky but this place was gorgeous and very thoughtfully done and that elevates the whole space. Great air conditioning and perfectly stocked. Beds were insanely comfortable too. So much amazing beach gear provided too that made life more enjoyable and easy! There was one large cockroach we found but that is more a function of being next to the pond and at such a low elevation and very understandable and not in way related to the cleanliness overall which was perfect.

Albert is an awesome host and his “Home By the Sea” on Cape San Blas was divine! His place is very clean and well taken care of and it has everything you need for cooking in the kitchen or hanging out on the beach, just bring your beach towels! He led us to all the spots on and off the Cape with restaurant recommendations, PLUS! We snorkeled with AquaBear Adventures and rode horses on the beach with Rockin’ M Ranch. The water was still cold in early April, but we made the best of it and the close proximity to the beach made it easy to come and go. We also enjoyed the upper deck and view off the ocean side bedroom, as well as the screened porch and the lower deck near the grill. The small community of Barefoot Trace was quiet and peaceful and being able to hear the ocean through the windows and screened doors at night was a bonus! Beautiful location! It’s hard to find a nice dog friendly location at the beach but this property was perfect! Close to the beach and the entire community was dog friendly. The property was also stocked with everything we needed and labeled so items were easy to find. 10/10 we would love to stay here again!

Our Airbnb stay was exceptional! The property was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with no signs of wear and tear. We loved the abundance of USB ports and plugs, which made charging our devices easy. The kitchen was fully equipped, perfect for cooking meals, and there were plenty of comfortable seating options both inside and out. The labeled light switches were a thoughtful touch, making it easy to navigate the house. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach in a quiet area. Communication with the hosts was excellent; they were responsive and helpful. The lighting throughout the house was great, with plenty of lamps creating a warm ambiance. The only small downside was that the downstairs bedroom had a full-size mattress instead of the queen mentioned in the listing, but it was still comfortable. The Roku TV was new to us, but it worked fine once we got the hang of it. Overall, we had an amazing experience and can't wait to return!

This place is great. Not front row on the beach but one porch does have an ocean view which is lovely. It is a short walk to the beach and is stocked with plenty of chairs and boogie boards for everyone! The upper bunk room is slanted ceiling and difficult for tall people to get into but the kids fit just fine. We weren’t there long but would definitely come back!

This is SUCH a great beach stay! Short walk to beach, LOTS of beach toys and helpful supplies like wagons, umbrella, and tons of beach chairs. House was very comfortable for our family of 9. We all said, “we gotta come back to this place!”

My daughter and I stumbled upon Brian’s listing and he was more than willingly to accommodate our last minute request to stay at his property. I appreciated the safe location, proximity to the beach, and the shops within walking distance. We especially loved having a pizza pop up store directly behind the home. Brian made sure to check in with us during our visit and was a great host. We hope to come back and stay again soon!

This was our second stay at Veronika's place. We are a family of 8 with small children. We really, really like the fact that this place has a very short walk to the beach with no streets to cross. Also there is plenty of room in the house and it is kept very neat and clean.

The Condo was wonderful, just as described and spacious enough for 2 families. Our boys loved the upstairs loft and all the fishing the complex had to offer. The beach is absolutely beautiful and a very short walk. Steven was very responsive and helpful during our stay. We will definitely be back.

We absolutely LOVED our stay with Richard and Ginger at the Shrimp Shack! It was such a beautiful, clean, and totally peaceful place to stay! We had never been to Port St Joe and Richard and Ginger had great recommendations for us! They are just about the nicest people we have ever met!! The house was just perfect, and a bonus nobody ever talks about is having full size coffee mugs!!! This place is made for your comfort and enjoyment and we would love to come back to vacation here!! The yard is huge and there’s a beautiful path behind the property where you can walk and be surrounded by really stunning nature views. Cute and very safe neighborhood that is 100% walkable any time of the day or night! This is the cutest and best hidden gem on the Gulf Coast. So stop reading and book this place RIGHT NOW!!! It has and absolutely is everything you and your family are looking for!! 100% recommend!!! One of our best stays EVER!!!

The house has a beautiful view and we could hear the ocean waves at night. Very conveniently located- steps away from the ocean. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable.

This townhome was the perfect stay for our family of six. Great communication. Close walk to the beach. Our family loved our Mexico Beach vacation and highly recommend this home to others!

The house was amazing and beds were comfortable. The beach was so much closer than the pictures make it seem. And it was so clean. We loved walking the beach multiple times a day. Close enough to town that we could go whenever we wanted but far enough away that we got to have a get away. We had a great 20 minute long dolphin show on our first full day. They played in the water and jumped around. It was great. They migrate back and forth throughout the day. Alexandra was attentive and so nice and answered all my annoying questions with grace and understanding. We would definitely book again.

The place was absolutely beautiful and everything worked great. The outside area was truly amazing and very comfortable. The inside was amazing with a great living room, spacious kitchen, and two bedrooms with balconies on either side. The neighbors were very nice and welcoming and the beach is so close! There is a great downtown area down in Port St. Joe (although it's around a 20 minute drive). It was amazing!

Great place to stay, it was wonderful having our pup with us at the beach. Pelican’s Porch is all you need in an Airbnb. We loved the town of Pt St Joe and venturing over to Appalachicola…especially loved that there were no highrises…hope it stays as “The forgotten coast, ” but it does appear to be developing rapidly….Highly recommend Raeanne’s place !

Andrew was very responsive, kind, and helpful before, during and after our stay. The location and condo was as described. It was spacious, comfy, homey, and just a short walk to the beach. The beach was private and beautiful despite the hurricane disruption. We would love to return in warmer season. November getaway.

Great place with even better hosts. Molly truly cares about her guests experience. She responded immediately when we had a question and made sure we had everything we needed. The home was extremely clean and convenient. Can’t wait to come back.

We were here almost two weeks ago and decided to come right back! We love this home. This time we decided to utilize more of the kitchen amenities and it was a great decision! Everything was clean and in great condition! I love how close the home is to the beach! This is by far our favorite place to stay! Like I said last time…..we will be back! :) :) :)

Great little place to stay. Easy walk to the beach and Canal. The area was very quiet while we were there. There is a local brewery directly behind the unit which was easy to walk to.

Perfect size and location for our family vacation. We were able to walk out to the bay with our Kayaks . Short drive to several local beaches.
