The view is unbelievable. The place has a very luxurious ambiance. I appreciated the complimentary coffee in the mornings. The pets were very friendly!

Valentina was an excellent host! I would occasionally meet her working in the garden on my way out in the morning and we would have a lovely conversation about our days, but also about our lives. She also always made sure that there were no issues with the place. The surrounding area in Barton Springs was also very inviting for long walks, especially during sunset.

Amazing stay at Kate’s place in Wimberley. She was very responsive to a few minor issues and we really enjoyed our stay and the location. Very comfortable space to stay and some thoughtful details. Would highly recommend!

My parents loved staying at Kim’s apartment while they visited us. (We live in the same neighborhood but didn’t have enough space to host them properly.) The loft is beautiful and Kim was so kind… she offered a lot of flexibility. Perfect walking distance to Cherrywood Coffeehouse for a nice morning coffee!

We stayed for Labor Day weekend and the ease of access to the river made for the perfect weekend. No worrying about parking, renting tubes, getting picked up by a van- just walk in and walk out back to the house. It is a beautiful little gem.

We loved staying here! The location was perfect (we were able to walk to so many things!), and it was so nice to come back to the private hot tub after a day of exploring! The hosts were extremely friendly, responsive, and put a lot of thought into making our stay comfortable. We had everything we needed and more! The rental unit was extremely clean, well-kept, and up-to-date. The beds were very comfortable, we slept so well! If we are ever in the area again, this will be our place for sure!

Sarah’s studio was the perfect place for me to stay while visiting friends moving to a nearby neighborhood. It was neat and clean with all the necessary supplies plus plenty of extras. It was quiet and restful and the bed was very comfortable. The shower is small but adequate. I especially liked the large frosted-glass window by the table which provided lots of natural light as well as privacy. The signal light at the entrance to Sarah’s neighborhood made access easy and safe. I took a walk around the neighborhood (sidewalks) and enjoyed looking at the other homes. It looks like a lovely place to live. Thanks for sharing your place!

This place is so cute and cozy! It was in a great neighborhood, and the hosts were extremely attentive and kind! Definitely had a wonderful time and would recommend! :)

Katrina was an incredible host! She welcomed us as soon as we pulled up the driveway, greeted us and directed us to the entrance of the top floor. Her home was clean and minimalistic — the perfect space for my husband and our one year old daughter for a couple of nights in ATX! We loved her local recs of food, coffee and parks! The neighborhood was definitely walkable and near a very convenient and perfect coffee/restaurant spot to lounge in (with live music on Fridays nights!). We enjoyed her home and would definitely book, again!

I have never stayed at a guest house and will definitely be back to this one if I go to Austin TX again! He was so nice and responsive and didn’t mind my late check in, also said he could hold my bags if needed before I go to the airport if I was to go do stuff the day of check out! The place was so beautiful and felt right at home! Was spacious and had everything you needed! 10/10 would recommend here!

Cracking stay in a super peaceful stay. Minutes walk from the best part of Austin, Barton springs. Mark was super accommodating and helpful.

Listen, traveling is a part of the norm. Doesn’t matter the cost, location or city. I appreciate eclectic, cool, simple vibes of choosing what ‘normals’ THINK is a good stay. Perfect for me. Should be for you too.

If you are visiting Trinity University, this is very close to your destination. Newly remodeled and very clean.

Billy's place is a 5 minute walk from the Palmer Events Center, where the conference I was attending was held. Clean and comfortable. Billy is approachable and friendly. Love the extra touches of sparkling water, nespresso, and fruit!

Perfectly located for my needs. Softball fields 6 blocks away, Praxis coffee shop 3 blocks. Easy access to downtown and freeways. The studio was cozy and clean, with basic amenities met. A small washer/dryer unit in the room more than make up for any missing extras in my travels. We had an interweb not interwebbing issue one day and Embry was immediately attentive and fixed the problem. Would love to stay again same time next year..

Mari and Danny were the sweetest host! Their home was so lovely and had everything you needed. All their sweet animals was a plus as well. We will definitely be back during our next trip in Austin!

This was such a cute place! It literally was stocked with everything you could think of. I stayed here for a month and was able to live as normally as possible for a digital nomad. Also had fast internet which was another plus. The neighbors were super sweet and I always had positive interactions with them. Very dog friendly. Within a 10 minute drive to restaurants, grocery, and more. Just be mindful of parking between 7a-3p M-F. With the school and construction across the street, it was hard to find a spot if I left during these times. Would love to stay here again!

Great location that has some easily walkable dining and also super easy to uber to and from. The space had more than what we needed since we dined out most meals, but it looked like it has all the necessities. We had food door dashed and were able to sit outside on the porch and eat and it was really nice. I'd happily stay again when we're in town for a show or event.
