The house was very clean and smelled great. It was in a convenient location for everything we had planned to do. We didnt have any complaints. Thanks, Missy! We plan on visiting again soon.

We enjoyed our stay. They were able to accommodate us with an extra pack and play for two babies, which eased our packing! Always responsive to our every question or need, great hosts!

Wonderful place to stay for our son’s Air Force graduation. Very quiet and peaceful. Located in a small cul-de-sac so very little traffic or disturbance. Very nice set up, especially for multiple people. Robert was very responsive. We completely enjoyed our stay and plan to stay again when our son finishes his next training. Thank you Robert for a great stay. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Had an amazing time staying at the house. It was nice and peaceful love the fact that there was two living rooms that made the kids extremely happy. The house had a great flow to it love the kitchen and how big it was.

Perfect Airbnb! It was extremely comfortable (those beds and couches 😍) and located less than 5 minutes from the hospital we needed to be at. Naomi was a wonderful host and answered any questions I had.

We stayed here for my 30th birthday trip, and it was amazing! The house was spotless, and all the beds were super comfortable! The location was perfect, allowing us to explore the area easily. Robin was really quick to respond to our questions. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great getaway!

Lovely stay at a comfy apartment full of amenities and set in a perfect location. Easy parking, washer/dryer in the apartment, tons of extra bedding and all the comforts of home..plus very responsive hosts. Highly recommended!

Check in was quick and easy. The space was clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels for the week which I appreciated. Quick response time when I messaged with questions. Decent gym, pool, and outdoor space and located in a fantastic area - super walkable, right next to Rainey St and the river/trails. Had a great stay and would come back!

Property was clean and well maintained, photos were accurate and stunning upon arrival. Very walkable to city center and no more than a four minute walk to food and night life.

Check in was easy and the room was clean. We were happy to have a couple laundry pods and an in unit washer and dryer.

Absolutely loved my stay! The space was immaculate, did not spot a single stain or dust bunny anywhere. The hosts provided important supplies that I greatly appreciated as somebody who flew into Austin from Chicago. Bathroom had plenty of soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. There were water bottles, modelos and wine in the fridge when I checked in. The unit was also very spacious especially for a studio, and the desk had plenty of space for my laptop, portable monitor and other belongings. Last but not least, the location is perfect. Comfortable neighborhood that was close to the action but also very quiet at night. Within a 15-20 minute walk of much of East Austin's finest establishments, and about a 10 minute uber from downtown. I would come back in a heartbeat!

Stunning view. Only a 20ish minute walk downtown which was nice. BnB had everything we needed for the weekend. Pro Tip: There's a fresh water spicket inside the fridge so no need to find a filling station!

A great stay for me and my best friends vacation and location Is so close to everything

We had a wonderful girls trip to Austin. Accommodations were perfect! Loved our pristine and modern condo and the amazing view of downtown Austin. Check-in and checkout was easy and there was always a staff person at the front desk if we needed anything. We loved how the building was walking distance to Ladybird Lake and the beautiful trail. We wished we had had more time so we could have gone canoeing. At arrival we were a bit disappointed that some of the areas we wanted to visit were an uber ride away. But by day 2 that wasn’t an issue at all. A short uber ride got us where we wanted to go. This was our first time in Austin and it definitely won’t be our last! We ate bbq, went to an amazing show (Esther’s Follies), listened to live bluegrass music, went to a gospel brunch, learned line dancing, visited a sculpture garden and the art museum on the UT campus, ate and drank well and shopped. But there is more we still want to explore in the wonderful city of Austin! We will be back!!

Easy check in and access. The place I stayed in was considerably quiet given the hustle and bustle in the common areas. The staff were responsive to any maintenance concerns I bought to their attention, which were minor.

Great place, close to everything but far enough to not be in the middle of everything. Loved the pool as well.
