De woonkamer heeft een prachtig glazen dak dat zorgt voor een mooie licht inval. -Keuken voorzien van combi oven, vaatwasser, Koelkast, inductie kookplaat en oven. De 1e slaapkamer bevind zich op de begane grond naast de badkamer. De 2e slaapkamer is met een kort trapje te bereiken op de 1e verdieping

Amsterdam can easily visit by train. This only takes you a 10 min walk and 25min train to Amsterdam Central station !

We love to welcome you in our cozy detached studio in the east of Utrecht. The quiet neighborhood is just 12 min by bike to the historical citycentre (free bikes available). Your private "front house" has its own entrance and all conveniences. So you will have all privacy but if you need any help, we would love to help you out (we live nextdoor). Ps the new super (pricewinning Bruno bed) sofa bed has arrived and is installed!

The studio is entirely for the tenant and is separate from our family house. The studio is accessible from the garden and has its own entrance with a staircase to the first floor. The garden has space to park 1 car for free during your stay.

From here you can walk or cycle to the beautiful Lage Vuursche. By train you can reach Utrecht within 10 minutes from Bilthoven station (car 15 min / bike 35 min). Amersfoort and Zeist are also nearby.
