Located directly on the Little Red River you will enjoy all that the Arkansas outdoors has to offer. You have access to our private fishing dock. Relax in the evenings on the large deck with a bbq and a soak in the hot tub. The deck is great for observing the local wildlife such as geese and river otters. Welcome to High N Heber. This BRAND NEW house is located on North high street in Heber Springs. Hence the name. We hope you get a good laugh out of it! It is centrally located to everything in Heber Springs, including only 1.5 miles from lake access. Will you be showing up after dark? That's okay, this house lights up every night! Just wait until you see it. We have worked really hard to create this beautiful home and everything in it. We hope you love it as much as we do!!

Great location if you fish or use the beautiful lake. Plenty of room for boat parking with plug ins. Two miles from Greers Ferry Lake. Cozy property with a fenced in back yard and large front yard. Home is set back off the street. A lot of parking for vehicles and boats with battery plug in accessibility. One queen size bed and two chairs that pull out to make two single beds.
