Perfect for a weekend stay as Austin’s place had everything I needed to support my trip. It is walkable to downtown Waynesville, but it was also easy to drive and park. Comfortable bed, clean accommodations and great instructions that made everything super easy.

What a lovely place! Clean, peaceful, and comfortable. There were flowers on the table and cold waters in the fridge. The bed was super comfortable with good linens. It's a great quiet place for visiting Asheville and surroundings. We really enjoyed starting our day with a yoga class at the Community Yoga Center that is less than a mile away. Booking, checking/getting in was a breeze, and Phil always responded quickly to messages.

The day we checked in was the night just before Helene hit Asheville. We lost power on the second day, but luckily Lynn and Bill have a generator that secured our usage of power throughout the next a few days. On the third day, we lost the network. But the magical Lynn and Bill had a starlink that kept us connected to the outside world! The network not only kept us informed about the latest news, but also enabled us to send out important messages to the parents for some Asheville School students, so their parents could arrange picking up their children the moment they received the message. We literally became the information distribution center between the students and their parents. Can't thank Lynn and Bill enough for their support during such difficult time. Forgot to tell you that Lynn and Bill have got a beatuiful house and view, nice settings of everything inside. The days we stayed with Lynn and Bill are unforgettable.

The location is unbeatable—just a short, easy walk to downtown, which made getting to the Billy Strings show every night a breeze. The space itself was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. You can tell they put a lot of thought into making their guests feel at home. We’ll 100% be back next time we’re in town.

Great place to stay, prefect for couples looking for a retreat or a small family. Hot tub was a great bonus and the location is only 10 minutes from downtown Asheville.

Great location with walkable things to do. Apartment was clean and comfortable and we felt right at home. Rebecca was a great host and very helpful with a few of my questions during our visit. Will definitely go back!

Wanted a quick getaway and this place was perfect:) Close enough to a lot of different things, but also remote enough to be able to enjoy the patio in silence. Would love to go back!

We stayed at Navi and had a blast! The food trucks across the street were perfect when we didn’t want to cook. Being by the brewery and park was an added bonus that we had not anticipated. The place was great for the three of us. Highly recommend and would love to come back!

excellent place for a wedding party

This place was absolutely gorgeous. We loved the space, inside was great and outside was perfectly secluded. It was only a quick 8min drive to the main road with places to grab food and gas stations. 15-20 minutes to everything else we needed. Our dogs loved running around outside with the huge yard. Inside had everything we could have needed, the only thing I would mention to the hosts (and this doesn't take away from the rating) is that I wish there were some dressers or shelves in the bedroom closets, there's really no place to put your clothes and living out of a suitcase when staying there for a week isn't ideal. All in all, I loved this place and would definitely rent again!

I could say so much about this place, I absolutely loved it and so did my family. It was so peaceful, and the patio with the lights were just gorgeous. The outside is so spacious and perfect for relaxation. The kitchen and dining area was immaculate. The bedrooms, were squeaky clean and adorable. The bathrooms, were clean and stocked. The downstairs, was so huge and loved how everything was placed. I couldn’t ask for a better place to stay for our trip to pigeon forge.

Great place in a GREAT location and we had a wonderful time! Super clean house had everything listed. Quiet neighborhood and super private in the back yard. We would most definitely stay again while in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at Eddie and Karen’s place! From the moment we walked in, everything felt warm, clean, and thoughtfully prepared. The space was exactly as described—cozy, quiet, and beautifully maintained. It’s clear that they put a lot of care into making sure guests feel right at home. Communication was smooth, check-in was easy, and every detail was in place to make our stay enjoyable. Matt’s place was absolutely remarkable! Everything was easily described, clear instructions were given, and Matt was very quick with response if you had a concern. His property was very conveniently to all of the attractions that we were looking forward to seeing. We will definitely be booking one of Matt’s properties again!

My husband and I were here on spring break, with our 2 boys and I have to say this was one of the best places we've stayed in while in Pigeon Forge. There was plenty of room for our boys to play, and the condo was nice and clean. The mountain views were amazing. The Owners were nice and super responsive. Our boys love the pool, I love that we didn’t have to drive more than maybe 20 minutes or less to get to everything we were looking for. We are looking forward to booking again.

Awesome area, beautiful place and so much to do even if you don’t want to leave the condo. Very much worth the money! The kids had lots of fun swimming and playing basketball. We will definitely be planning to come back :)

This is a great place! Simultaneously isolated and close to everything. It feels like a cabin , but you are in the middle of Pigeon Forge within 3 min. Close to Gatlinburg as well. It's an older place, but very clean with great amenities and multiple balconies. Kitchen had everything, unlike some other places we stayed. Very nice gas grill outside, we use it daily. We enjoyed watching birds and hummingbird, as Brian and Teresa provided food for the bird feeders. I worked remotely during my stay, and wi-fi worked great. Free Dollywood fireworks nightly, although slightly obstructed. Sometimes there are some noise from Dollywood rollercoaster, but it's not a problem if you are running around during a day.

Great place. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Plenty of space. Nice location. Parking was convenient. Quiet street, but in town, right near a coffee shop and right above a cute soda fountain/ice cream shop.

Highly recommended, clean, comfortable and a 5 minute walk to the main strip but slightly away from all of the heavy traffic with a bypass to avoid the busy main strip.
