This Airbnb is exactly as pictured with helpful check in instructions. It is in downtown Springfield, so it was noisy Saturday night. I didn’t mind this because I wanted to be downtown close to MSU and restaurants. The beds were super comfy. It was a cozy stay with a downtown loft feel.

A great place to stay downtown. Clean, quiet , and affordable. Just what we were looking for. Will stay again.

The room was just as described. It was very quiet, and perfect for our weekend stay.

The hosts were great about responding to every need and question that arose. They were also very informative to begin with so we wouldn’t be surprised and find out we were doing something wrong. Would definitely recommend staying here especially if u need a bit of an extended stay.

We had a great stay here. The giant tv was nice for relaxing in the evening. The kitchen was stocked with most everything you need for a stay away from home. Our host was responsive to any needs we had. Neighborhood was secure and quiet. Would stay here again.

Zachary’s place is clean, spacious, comfortable, and well thought out. There is plenty of space to entertain but isn’t overcrowded with furniture. The bed is super comfy. It’s walkable to many restaurants and the parking garage is extremely close by. Staying downtown does come with a noise factor so just be wary of that whenever you stay in the downtown Springfield area.

Great host, good location!

My stay was pretty nice. The accommodations were the perfect size for me to stay in alone, but you could fit a second person without being too cramped. It’s well-located, being right next to the Missouri State campus, so I was able to walk to where I needed to go without much issue. When we ran into a problem, Eric replied quickly to all our messages and was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

I always love staying here! This is my first time in the one bedroom and it was absolutely perfect!! The place is always gorgeous and clean! Everything you need and I always feel right at home! The hosts are amazing, kind, and quick to respond. Will always stay here when in Springfield!

Very clean and well stocked condo/apartment. They supplied dishwashing soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The bed’s were comfortable. The workout room was decent. People were friendly. It was safe and secure. The free coffee was so amazing! Lots of different options no need to run to Starbucks or 7 Brew! Great stay for a week! Thanks!

Our home away from home for 7 days was amazing! Very new and clean apartment style community! Loved the 5th floor gym, loft and game area! Very close to the mall and tons of eateries. Would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Springfield. Host were very fast responding and very accommodating for a minor adjustment we needed! My 17 yo son was impressed as well. He said he would live there🤗

My wife and I decided to prolong our vacation from Branson and stay at this location on short notice. It is located not too far from Springfield Missouri. MY wife and I have 5 kids ranging from 1 to 9 years old. It was a wonderful stay. The kids loved the hot tub and getting to see the animals on the Farm. I give them a 10 out of 10! We hope to stay there again in the future, Lord willing!
