This 3-bed, 2-bath home has large covered decks overlooking the Sea of Abaco. Upstairs there is a 1/1 with the open living offering addition sleep quarters, the dining and kitchen area, plus 1/1 on lower level that also looks out to the Ocean. Shared dockage adjacent the house. Only accessible by boat. We can arrange drop off and pickup.

This home is new and has two docks. One in front on Atlantic side and one in back on the Sea of Abaco side. You are 5 minutes from town and 15 minutes fishing off of outer reefs. Easy access to all marinas on the island. Can only get to house by boat. You don't need a golf cart. The Atlantic ocean is fifty feet in front of house and the Sea of Abaco is fifty feet behind the house. very quiet and peaceful lot with views that are incredible. Beautiful views and boaters access to everywhere .

Leeward house comes fully equipped with everything you need, a on-island manager to assist with any issues or needs you may have, so come explore Treasure cay and the surroundings islands! We have two homes that are directly across the street from one another. "Windward House" is across the street with with 200'+ of private beach at your disposal.

Cozy, central location w pool access. Sea Biscuit is the guest cottage to SeaBatical. It can be rented w the main house or separate. This listing is for JUST Sea Biscuit by itself. 1 bdrm w a king bed and a living area w a full size pullout sofa. Bunk/pool house can be added for a separate sleeping area but keep in mind that the bathroom in the guest house will still need to be shared. Please inquire for rates to add bunkhouse.
