This house is lovely , perfect for our family with a two yr old. Fenced in yard was so nice to have as was the playground at the entrance to the complex . One thing that stood out was how well labeled this house was . So easy to turn on the correct light , and find the pots and pans . I would totally stay here again

House was amazing and they went above and beyond to make our stay feel like we were at home. I would highly recommend anyone going to Moab to stay here. I hope to make a return trip. Thank you so much.

Great place with amazing views from almost every window. The hot tub was a great feature, kitchen included all things necessary for a meal, and washer and dryer came in clutch after a bike ride.

The location and cleanliness are unbeatable! Several of the duplexes on this street are AirBnbs and we've stayed at a few. This one is my favorite so far. There are plenty of kitchen tools to cook with, and they have basic seasonings you can use. The hot tub is new, clean, and plenty hot. The yard is well taken care of, everything was easy to find, and the host provided clear instructions for everything. We'll definitely stay again! The only heads-up I'd give other guests are the check-out instructions posted inside. You need to set aside about 30 min for check out. The 'asks' are completely reasonable: Start a laundry load of dirty towels, strip the beds, load/start the dishwasher, and a few additional pet related tasks if you bring one. Again, they didn't ask guests to do anything unreasonable, but if you're hitting the road early (like we had to), then this would have been useful information when deciding where to stay. This is great place, and we'll definitely be back!

All was as advertised. No surprises! Highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a quiet location outside of town yet not too far. Hot tub and pool was much appreciated.

This was a perfect base for our 5 day exploration of Arches, Canyonlands and Dead Horse Point parks. Admittedly rather unassuming on the outside and quite close to the main road- inside is super comfortable, spacious and well appointed to become a cozy, inviting home away from home. Kitchen has all you need if you want to prepare a meal but there are lots of good dining options in Moab just 10 mins drive away. Highly recommend Thai Bella , 98 Center and for a special treat: Desert Bistro . We didn't get to meet our Hosts but Cindy was responsive and friendly online. We enjoyed soaking our tired legs in the community hot tub too !

I would definitely stay here again and look for their other Airbnbs in Park City, UT and Jackson, WY. More than just meeting the basics, like cleanliness, home upkeep, delivering on promised amenities etc, these hosts go above by thinking about what their guests will NEED in Moab. For example, lunch coolers, sandwich bags, pool towels, a muscle MASSAGER lol! Really just a great place to stay and the private hot tub was the icing on the cake.

We stayed here a few years ago and found our memory of how great it was to still be accurate! Perfect place for our family with everything we needed and more. The hot tub under a dark sky is unbeatable. Such a cool place.

This is a wonderful group-friendly home. We had multiple families stay on each side of the home and felt like there was plenty of space for everyone. The side-by-side duplex is conveniently connected internally via the laundry/garage and includes two kitchens plus mini bars. Once some of our relatives left, our smaller group stayed just on the south side. The hosts are also friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for everything!

Perfect view from the hot tub and grill! The house was huge and spotless. Very short drive to all the downtown necessities. Shawn was helpful through the whole stay as well as responsive. No issues at all!

Mary is an exceptional host. She goes above and beyond to make her home comfortable. The washer malfunctioned while we stayed. She had it replaced the next day! We would definitely go back.

This is our group‘s second time staying here. Great location for those on a dirtbike trip. Has a great backyard space for relaxing. Highly recommend.

Chad’s place was a restful and convenient place to stay while visiting Arches and Canyonlands. It was quiet, had comfortable beds and pillows and felt good to return to after a day in the park. The kitchen had all the items needed for cooking dinner (local grocery and home chef meal kit delivery). Chad was a kind and accessible host. Enjoyed the “community” hot tub after day in park. Do note it is more of a duplex than single home but was not a problem— unless expecting otherwise. I would recommend this stay to family or friends.

We loved our stay for our family group. It’s a beautiful unit with a garage and comfy beds. We felt at home and want to book again next year when we come for another adventure! The hosts were very communicative and helpful. They answered our questions immediately and were very friendly. The pool and hot tub are a short walk. The patio is great with views and a grill. Highly recommend!

Very nice place tucked in the red rocks. Very quiet and peaceful and a beautiful view of the night sky. Very dark and full of stars, the place is aptly named. The lodging is spacious and comfortable with everything you need to settle in an enjoy the quiet and beauty of nature. About ten minutes from town and easy to get there, though a bit bumpy as the road from the house to town is not paved. Only another 10 minutes from town to Capitol Reef national park and the whole surrounding area is beautiful.

We absolutely loved our multi-generational family stay at Sage House! The house has every amenity you need, is extremely clean, and the hosts are very responsive. The location about 15 mins to the entrance of Capitol Reef NP can’t be beat! We also drove down to Escalante for the day, and while a bit further, one could drive to Bryce and/or Canyonlands from this house as well.

We had a great stay. The place is very clean. Easy to load and unload from the nice driveway through the front door. We appreciated a nice place that allowed dogs! Thank you! Wifi is fast, and we had no issues connecting. The Roku was appreciated and worked well. The easy checkout process was also very much appreciated. We would definitely stay again.

Jim's place was perfect. It was clean and felt like coming home. He was a responsive, kind and very thoughtful host who communicated effectively. The house's layout was open, spacious and had all that we would need to be beyond comfortable. The yard was spectacular and created a serene and expansive experience, making you feel alone and able to take in nature. Having the jacuzzi to unwind in or wake up with a coffee at sunrise was magical. We visit Moab every month or so and will make this the priority space we stay in if Jim's availability allows. The only issue we had was not wanting to leave!!

We have stayed at Dorothy's home several times. The home is always super clean and very comfortable. There is a lot of space in the home and a fire pit in the back yard. We will definitely stay again.

Really enjoyed how quiet and secluded this neighborhood is. Windows opened at night and so peaceful. Awaken to the turkeys! Solid social kitchen for big meals. Well stocked with pots and dishes. Hot tub was functional. Nice garage space. Overall solid Moab basecamp

We loved our stay here! The house is perfectly sized for a group and has gorgeous surroundings. Plus it’s about as close to Joe’s Valley as you can get without camping. We would definitely stay here again.
