Great place to stay in Franklin. It is not supreme luxury but it is very livable without the stress of being in a showplace. Convenient to all local attractions and necessities. Well stocked kitchen (plates, utensils, etc). Ample clean linens. Clean comfortable bed. Host was very responsive.

Nice quiet area next to the river. The host was excellent!! Place was great! Everything is nearby.! Thanks for a great stay!

This was a great house to stay at. Very comfortable and home like. Loved the view and the large deck. Had everything we needed including toys for kids. Good area, near lots of stuff to do including using the resort amenities, restaurants, waterfalls and shopping. Would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Steve’s place. First time actually staying in the mountains. We were able to bbq on the deck a few nights. Everything provided to do so. It was nice to wake up in the morning and have a view of the mountains and hear the birds. Only 3 miles or so, into Gatlinburg and hiking trails. The whirlpool bathtub was awesome after hiking. We would definitely come back and recommend to anyone who would like to stay in the Smoky Mountains.

Very pleasant and clean. Nice decor without being cluttered. Nice kitchen. Great view. We were here in December and there was even a Christmas Tree.

These town houses were just right for 4 families. It was a great location for the plans we had for the three days we were there. Biltmore House in Ashville; Luminaries in Dillsboro; shopping in Bryson City and Waynesville. Kitchens were very well equipped. Very nice!

Quiet place with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had all the tools we needed for cooking, having a washer and dryer was great too! The surroundings are beautiful and it was easy to get to downtown. Checkin/out we're simple.

Sundrop Community is secluded and peaceful. Met the neighbors, everybody was super nice. Townhouse was perfect for what I needed. I was there to fly fish Caney Fork and the access to 2000’ of riverfront property was great. Two wood burning fireplaces were awesome (bring your own wood). Sundog were amazing and very helpful. The only negative I would say (it is not really negative), the listing indicates it is good for up to 6 people-I would disagree. Although there were 2 mobile air mattresses this place IMO is suitable for 4 people. Would definitely stay again.

The space was just as described. The beds were so comfortable and our son loved the arcade games. Our pup really enjoyed the large yard and the location was perfect!

The place was awesome! Close to everything we wanted to do in the area. Plenty of room for our family. 6 adults 2 kids. 3 levels including a game room that the kids couldn’t get back to at the end of the day. My 6 year old grandson said he wanted to live there! Note. Is not advertised as handicap excess able but my husband who uses a walker had front door access and walk in shower in master on 1 st floor. Game room even though was on lower level was next to the 2 car garage so we were able to drive him down and he could enter this are and enjoy the area without any stairs. Would gladly book again and recommend to my friends

Great place. Son goes to UT. So we weren’t going anywhere else but KNOX. Place was clean, walk to several restaurants, bars. Loved it. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a Knoxville stay. We didn’t do a lot of communicating with Jeff. Email was sent on how to get in the place and that was all we needed. Place is secure with gated parking. Great place. Check it out!

I definitely recommend this as your place to stay for the Knoxville area. Just far enough away from downtown to be peaceful and quiet; but still a short drive away. The hosts were extremely helpful and kind. Great house at a very reasonable price!

The large living room was comfortable and relaxing. The beds are very comfortable. Gerald's place is affordable and close to restaurants and stores, and it was everything we needed for a perfect weekend.

Hannah was an amazing host and very responsive to any questions we had. The condo was exactly as described! It was hidden from the main road, which was a plus from us. Very quiet and comfortable! We will inquire next year!!

They thought of everything you could need, close to everything downtown and absolutely amazing place to relax at the end of the day or even hang out during the day. It has it all.

We loved our stay! We were so close to all of our favorite spots, but still out far enough to have a great view and peace and quiet. We would definitely stay again.

Great location, so walkable into town. Space had everything we needed for our girls weekend away. Very clean, great balcony. Each bedroom had our own bathroom. Would highly recommend!

We needed to be in Knoxville to help our son attending University Tennessee Knoxville while he is dealing with some health issues. Chris was very kind, allowed us to check in early and was very responsive. The condo is comfortable and nicely maintained. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Great place to stay. Hosts and co-hosts were very friendly and responsive! Close to everything downtown! You can walk or drive. We did both! There is a trolley stop near by if you'd like to use that as a form of transportation to get around. We will definitely be back in the future!

We had a wonderful visit!! The place is super cute. Loved the decorations!!! It was so quiet!! Cayce was very responsive for any questions! We would definitely stay here again and recommend Sleek Retreat to everyone and anyone looking for a great place to stay!!

Absolutely great stay. Very convenient to PF. There are several ways to get there and WAZE by passed lots of traffic come in and going home. The place was just like the pictures. Outdoor space with multi colored lights on deck was very cute. This place was spotless and the bed was comfy as can be. Loved the electric fireplace. Shower was huge. Kitchen area was spacious and beautiful. Absolutely would stay again. It has 2 other Airbnbs on either side and would be a great place for groups that want to be together but not necessarily in the same space. Great Hosts. Zero complaints.

Absolutely incredible stay! The place was even better than the photos, which is saying a lot. Everything was spotless—the cleanliness was truly top-notch. The hot tub was such a perfect touch, clean and ready to go, and made the whole experience feel extra luxurious. You can tell the hosts really care about the details. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would absolutely come back again. Highly recommend!
