The cabin is located in a quiet mountain area with land to play games, sip coffee on the deck watching the sun rise, relax at the fire pit roasting s'mores watching the sun set, and listening to the Colorado River. We are close to HWY 34. $50 pet fee , max 2.

Welcome to Moose Mansion, our peaceful A-Frame escape sitting just off the North Fork of the Colorado River. We're just minutes from the historic downtown Grand Lake, the East entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park, hunting, fishing, world-class snowmobiling, sailing, SO MANY MOOSE, and much more. We renovated the cabin to bring all the comforts of home to our "home away from home" in the mountains. Our family has made many memories here, and we're hopeful you'll be able to do the same.

What we lost from the seclusion of trees, we gained in 360 degree views of Kawuneeche Valley & Rocky Mountain National Park. Nature has rebounded quickly & you will see abundant wildlife grazing the meadow, with moose and elk visiting daily. You can snowmobile/ATV from cabin to trails in less than 10 min. 4WD/AWD HIGHLY RECOMMENDED in Winter.

Cozy up this winter at the Fox Den. A private romantic suite awaits you. Complete with a separate entrance to your suite, kitchenette, living room area, gym, bedroom, bathroom and your own private patio and fire pit. It’s a mile from the charming town of Grand Lake, a 45minute drive to WP ski area and there are a number of cross country and snow shoe trails nearby. Come, stay a while, I'd love to host you. That Dam Cabin, too!

This historic yet modern 500 square foot cabin was built in 1932 for men working on the Shadow Mountain dam. When we found it, we knew this would be the perfect getaway for us and wanted others to share this experience too. Our cabin is 4 miles from downtown Grand Lake! It's a short drive to restaurants, shops, hiking, fishing, the beach and kayak/boat rentals. Head to the Rocky Mountain National park to hike and see wildlife or stay home and enjoy s'mores around the fire.

"The Laundry Room" is a brand new studio hosted by Park Residences in a space that literally used to be a utility room since all the way back in the 50's and is now a completely remodeled studio with brand new walls, pipes, appliances, heaters, everything you can think of. We offer free high speed internet, coffee, Netflix, Hulu, HBO, Amazon Prime Video for our guests to enjoy. Please note that there is a rental unit on the second floor

This 2nd floor studio is located at the Inn at Silvercreek in Granby Ranch. It is 495 sq ft. Inside the studio has been updated and is stylish and cozy. The resort offers many amenities including pool, hot tubs, an arcade, a gym and even a barber shop. The location is about 5 min from the Granby Ski area, 20 min to Grand Lake and 30 min to either RMNP or Winter Park. There is a free “Lift” shuttle to Winter Park during the ski season.
