Makes driving to the lakes, downtown Grand Lake, downtown Granby & Rocky Mountain National park just a few minutes away. Circle driveway provides parking for several cars.

Entire brand new, modern & bright cabin. We lost the cabin in 2020 in one of the largest wildfires in Colorado history, and just finished rebuilding. What we lost from the seclusion of trees, we gained in 360 degree views of Kawuneeche Valley & Rocky Mountain National Park. Nature has rebounded quickly & you will see abundant wildlife grazing the meadow, with moose and elk visiting daily. You can snowmobile/ATV from cabin to trails in less than 10 min. 4WD/AWD HIGHLY RECOMMENDED in Winter.

Whether it be play time or quiet time (or both!), we offer our guests (and pets) the comfort of a large studio and yard at the end of a dead end street. You have a beautiful mountain setting with easy access to all your favorite summer activities. In addition, we are 45 minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park and the lakes of Grand Lake. After enjoying a perfect Colorado day, come back to your spacious room for a drink on your private patio to think about what restaurant to enjoy.

Sit back and relax in our 3-bedroom, 2-bath cabin. The cabin is 10 minutes from the west entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park, 10 minutes from cross-country/snowshoeing/snowmobile trails, 2 minutes from mountain lakes (for boating, fishing, and skiing), 25 minutes from Ski Granby, and 40 minutes from Winter Park Ski. After enjoying the outdoors, return to a cozy fire or enjoy wildlife from the patios. Long driveway for multiple cars. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by family.

Stay with us and experience Grand Lake without all the travel and logistics to find rides into town. Reminder: there are NO ride-shares or public transportation. Make it easy on yourself and your friends; stay with us. I will also allow early check-in as early as 8 am and late checkout if time and cleaning schedules allow it!
