Quaint purple forward house. Some road and pedestrian noise and of course the train is ever present. If you want peace and quiet, this isn't the house for you. If you don't mind some city noise, this is the place for you, a comfortable and convenient home.

This place was perfect for a one night stay. Walking distance to all the good food spots. Clean and cozy, low key gives Coraline vibes which was my favorite. Only complaint was the steep parking, our car is a little lower and it scraped real bad but getting around that overall great stay.

We had a lovely stay! The place is newly renovated and pretty. We had one night with a noisy neighbor, but not that big of a deal. Overall, I’d stay again. Thank you, Jessica!

A very good place to stay while visiting the Grand Canyon

We had a great stay at Jackie's. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, and the space is nice. She was responsive to requests when we had some trouble with the TV. There is a rail line near the house but we were not bothered by the trains going through. A great place to stay in Flagstaff and a good launching point for both the Grand Canyon and Petrified Forest.

Had a great time, the place was very convenient and close by car to many places.

Our one night stay was very quiet and comfortable. The hosts responded quickly to all of text messages. Rooms were clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. Only thing that was missing for us was a microwave that would have been helpful to quickly heat up the baby bottles. All in all, the one night stay was pleasant.

A perfect, cozy stay in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, close to downtown and everything we wanted to do in Flag!

Petra’s place was fabulous and very welcoming! Home baked goods, snacks, flowers and even a bottle of wine gave it an at home feel from the start. Petra was very attentive and responsive. The place is beautiful and we loved the hummingbirds visiting on the patio! We would highly recommend Petra’s place!

The quality of the property itself was immaculate. This rental is right next to multiple fantastic restaurants. There is a ton of walkable stuff to do.

super clean hot tub, super clean environment. the units are connected but they're successfully private! comfortable as well. it was easy to check in and the instructions were clear. great stay! I would stay again, much better than any hotels in the area ☺️

My family and I enjoyed our Spring Break in this resort. Lots of room for family of 7.

My wife, daughters, and I really enjoyed our time here. We decided to spend Christmas in Flagstaff, and we couldn't have picked a better place and better host to stay while on vacation; It is such a big deal for us to spend it by ourselves, but Rick's place just made us feel like we were at home.
