Great house for a 3 days stay in London while we wait for our house to be ready. Big fenced backyard for our little dog. Nice quiet neighborhood with madure trees and walking distance of pharmacy and grocery and my favorite Thai restaurant. Fully loaded but if they add a laundry room will be even better .

FALL GETAWAY-Stayed Oct 18-20, 2024 with friends. The surroundings at this cottage in the fall are absolutely beautiful lots of fall colours and wildlife. There's a lovely beach just down the road we had great weather so it was nice to go for a walk, very peaceful not allot of people this time of year. We had dinner at Macphersons on Friday night which was very good and pizza the following night at Grogs which was also very good. Host Rebecca was wonderful, helpful, very worry free experience. Great cottage very clean had everything you would need to enjoy your stay. Fantastic getaway to unwind and enjoy the outdoors would highly recommend.

Such a charming space! The house is "lived in", meaning it had all the creature comforts of a "home", it didn't feel like a sparse rental. My family and I were only there for 2 nights, but when I saw the fully stocked kitchen, I wanted to cook or bake! The beds were comfortable, tons of towels available, even robes... the backyard outdoor space was so cozy for morning coffee or afternoon lounging. The location is perfect: on a very quiet street, but a 60-second walk to the main village with wonderful shops, cafes and restaurants, as well as Little Beach. Susanna is a perfect host. Communication was outstanding. She was so helpful with finding places that would be open on Easter weekend. I would recommend Orchard Beach Boutique Cottage if you're looking for a relaxing place that is close to lots of amenities; I would love to go back during the summer.

We hope to come back! It was a great place for our family and our dog. It was exactly as described and accommodated us well. We were there in the winter but would like to visit in the summer to take advantage of the huge backyard and the beach close by.

This was such a nice and comfy space. My girlfriend and I went for a shopping/ spa weekend. We each had our own beautiful room and own bathroom which was luxurious. Great place. Wonderful location. Would love to go back.

Extremely comfortable place with all needed supplies! Location is cosy and silent. Close to the downtown and a bus stop. Melissa was extremely helpful and supportive, always replied and answered all questions. So, thanks to an amazing host :)

This is a basement apartment Airbnb, which I usually try to avoid, as we have experienced a basement Airbnb where we could hear every word the owners above us were saying. But this basement Airbnb we could not hear anything above us, so it was private. There is a soaking tub/shower with a rain shower shower head. The tub/shower, being a soaking tub, is high to get in and out of. But it has excellent water pressure. The bathroom is not right next to the bedrooms. We always bring our own nightlights in case this is the case. So, with the tall tub and bathroom not near the main bedroom, I am not sure I would recommend it for older people such as ourselves, but for a younger person, it would be perfect.

Carly was a fantastic host. Very proactive and left lovely complimentary snacks and things in the fridge that really came in handy! I would definitely stay here again! Absolutely beautiful space and within walking distance but still quite private.

This place has been one of the best places I have been to. Charlene and John are really great people who are welcoming, made us feel like home with everything available as described. The location and ambiance is great with peaceful environment and beach is just 10 minutes drive. Amenities like hot-tub, fireplace made the experience even better. We highly recommend visiting this place.

I have visited Stratford many times but never had the chance to stay overnight—this was the perfect location for walkability, charm, and proximity to all the amenities you could want right at your doorstep. Brett was an exceptionally responsive and helpful host, making me feel at home immediately. Although I came as a solo visitor for just one night, I look forward to returning for a longer stay with my husband next time. Thank you for a lovely visit. Cheers!

Very clean and spacious. Beds are very squeaky and the place could use some dishtowels but otherwise it's a great location - I would definitely recommend.

We needed a few days to rest and revive and the space provided just that! So clean and tidy. Easy access, hottub was a great asset. We were able to walk if we wanted meals and great home base for lots of great cross country skiing locations. Will definitely consider for a future winter getaway!

This is easily one of the best airbnbs I have ever stayed in! The place was beautiful, had all listed amenities, and was in a great location. Has views of the river and is close to several great downtown Sarnia restaurants. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Sarnia!

Spent the weekend with girlfriends at Debbie’s beautiful condo! We were extremely satisfied with how smooth the check in was and how beautiful the space was! It was in perfect proximity to all of the local eateries and shopping downtown. Debbie gave wonderful suggestions for things to do and places to try. The beds and furniture were very comfortable and provided a perfect place to relax. This place exceeded all of our expectations. We would gladly stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone coming to the area.

sean and team were really nice and were amazing hosts! they upgraded us to a room with a lake view with no extra costs and it was so nice, loved seeing the frozen lake in the mornings during our stay! will most likely come back to stay here in the summer with friends.
