Cosy Log Cabin in Aith, Shetland

Relax and recharge with the family in the peaceful and picturesque village of Aith. This is our family holiday home, close to our family in the quiet and friendly village of Aith, Shetland. It is a great location as the village has a shop, Leisure Centre, Harbour and Marina, play park and is a 5 minute walk to the fantastic ‘Michael’s Wood’. This award winning woodland and trail was planted by family in memory of our cousin and so is a really special place for us which we hope you will enjoy.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located 2 storey dwelling house. Shops are a short drive to either Lerwick, Scalloway or Whiteness. There are 2 golf courses, one 18 hole and one 9 hole, within a mile of Braebank and a bus stop within walking distance. There is a loch next to the 9 hole golf course which is used for model yachting and trout fishing. A wonderfully central place to enjoy exploring the Shetland mainland.

Comfortable two bedroom cottage, situated in the centre of Lerwick. The cottage has recently been refurbished, and is decorated with a modern feel. Located on King Harald Street, the cottage is within walking distance of Lerwick town centre, near various cafes, restaurants, pubs and shops. Please be aware that there are two sets of steps to get up to the cottage (27 in total), so it may not be suitable for people with mobility issues, or prams/buggies.
