WOW! Such a lovely house in a beautiful location. Miles of beach to walk with almost no one on it. The house was the best-equipped rental we've ever stayed in. Great kitchen with every amenity we could want. There were only two of us, but the house could easily host two couples or a large family. Lovely decorations and comfortable furniture. Easy to find and close to Pacific City, but without the crowds. We felt very lucky to be able to stay here. Great hosts and a wonderful stay. Thanks!

Tina’s place was wonderful for my wife, 2 toddler aged children, and our Frenchie. You’re right across the street from beach access and have a clear view of the ocean from the hot tub. There are a few restaurants within walking distance or a few short minutes to other things. Would happily stay here again. Thank you, Tina!

Our 2nd stay with four nights. We love the peacefulness of the ever changing bay. Lots of bird watching. Thanks for allowing pets Richard. The kitchen is always stocked. We love the King bed, comfy. We will be back.

Jerry's home was perfect for us. My 14 year old granddaughter took the loft bedroom with its own bathroom. She felt like the queen of the house. My daughter and I each had a comfy bedroom on the main floor...no extra stairs for us. The house has so many cute beach decorations and was well stocked with everything we needed. The ocean view was terrific. Thank you Jerry. I would definitely stay here again!

Had a great time at the Pacific Pearl. House was big and roomy with an ocean view. Kitchen is well stocked and easy to cook in. Nice to have 2 living room areas one upstairs and one downstairs. Garage was fun with pingpong and foosball.

We loved spending time at the Sand Gate! You can't beat the location, with direct beach access. We could watch the sunset while on the beach, or view it directly from the house! Unbelievable views of the ocean! We also loved the hot tub after a day of playing outside. The house itself is old, and a bit quirky, but we had a great time nevertheless. Lori was great to communicate with when a small issue arose, and it was quickly fixed.

Absolutely Amazing Stay with a Breathtaking Ocean View! My family and I stayed at this incredible place for the weekend, and wow, it was beyond perfect! Everything was just spot-on: the stylish and cozy vibes, sparkling clean space, and an atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The view? Oh my gosh, the panoramic ocean view was absolutely stunning—we couldn’t stop staring at the waves! The host was a total rockstar, always quick to respond and genuinely eager to help with anything we needed, which made our trip so smooth and stress-free. Every detail was thought of: comfy beds, a fully stocked kitchen, you name it! The location was awesome—close to everything but still super peaceful. We’re already counting the days until we can come back! Huge thanks for making our family getaway so unforgettable—this place is a total gem! ❤️

This is a beautifully house and nice location in Newport. There are many steps down to beach, which was not a problem for most of our family, but for few it was a workout. You could walk for miles on the beach which was wonderful. The house was well equipped for the several meals we had there. We had a Birthday party with about 30 people and there was plenty of room and seating. We had a wonderful time !

Beautiful space! After many years not visiting family in Oregon because we live on the east coast region, we enjoyed spending time here with our brother and sister-in-law. It is a gorgeous condo with views straight out to the ocean. A photographer’s dream location and close to quaint town to shop in. Will try to stay here again sometime.

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood, great for going on walks. Beach access was great, just be cautious - lots of stairs to get down. If you drive a larger vehicle, the parking situation could get a little tight. Overall, a fantastic place to stay.

Our stay at Matthew’s was lovely. Olivia beach is a great area and we had a great time hiking God’s thumb!

Stay was enjoyable and comfortable, Hot tub was great. After walk on beach and so was the fire place. Didn't find any floats on the beach, might have come try again. Thanks for all the great communication Tim.

The home was comfy, cute, and clean-- a great place for us to stay the night in Lincoln City! Excellent hosts, communicated early and throughout to make sure things went well for us, and even let us know when the house was clean and ready for an earlier check in as we were in town early, that was great! Neighborhood was quiet and the hot tub was lovely!

The home we stayed in was beautiful and had more then enough room for everyone in our party. Any questions we had were answered immediately . The house was perfect inside and out. They reallly thought of everything. The checkout time was a little on the early side for us, but other than that we loved staying here. It was perfect for our family vacation ❤️

We can't wait to go back to Clare's place! We had a great weekend getaway and the house was just what we needed. We traveled with our 2 year old son and our dog and everyone had fun! Clare made sure to tell us there was a pack and play available. And there were even kids books in the living room! The home is cozy and very clean. A well stocked kitchen and a grill in the back is much appreciated for weekend trips. We will definitely be booking again! Thanks Clare!

We needed a place to stay in an emergency and Karen helped us out-- on Christmas Day! Beautiful house in a quiet community with both beach and forest views.

We spend Thanksgiving at this wonderful home. Lots of space and fun things to do for everyone. Just down the road is the beach, fun little store, and great food. The host was amazing and responsive. The holiday was amazing thanks to great weather and the perfect place to stay.

This was the PERFECT spot for our girls weekend! The place was so cozy and cute and well kept. It was easy to find and close to so many things including being walking distance from the beach! The hot tub was clean and had a wonderful view. The beds were comfy and it was an all around great spot. We all agreed we would definitely stay here again next time we come to Lincoln City! To top it off Deb was so informative, kind, and quick to respond making our stay even better.

The place was amazing! Super peaceful, spacious, and spotless. It had everything we needed — bikes, beach toys, even a gas BBQ (might need to top off the propane soon). The hot tub was nice and the house was super comfortable for a weekend getaway. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this spot!

Top spot on the coast! Perfectly situated and private, thoughtful interior styling, and every aspect of the space feels intensional and comfortable. Great environment for working or relaxing, great kitchen space and coffee rig for those inclined to stay in, and the morning light is incredible. Definitely will continue to come back again and again.

We enjoyed our stay and our family would be happy to return. The location is excellent and we enjoyed waking to the beach, restaurants and nearby dunes.

The hot tub water was very dirty when we arrived- chemicals smelled off and the water was greenish grey. However, once we told Bonnie, she had a guy there to change the water and sanitize it within an hour, so not dinging her ratings for that. Water was crystal clear/smelled great after cleaning/changing it. Everything else was great- plenty of things for the kids to do, quiet area, fenced in backyard, and very close to Pacific City.
