Ground floor : Here you will find a fully equipped, modern fitted kitchen and a stylishly furnished living room with dining area, a double sofa bed, SAT TV and fireplace, which provides a perfect evening ambience in cold weather. Room 4- is equipped with a closet, 2 single beds 80x200 cm, 2 bedside tables. On request, the single beds can be joined together to form a double bed. Bathroom with bathtub, washbasin, WC and towel radiator is located on the ground floor. A utility room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board is also available here. First Floor: Room 1- is equipped with spacious designer wardrobes, a double bed 180x200 cm, 2 bedside tables and LED TV. Room 2 - is furnished with a French double bed 140x200 cm, closet, bedside table, chest of drawers, LED TV and work desk. From room 1 and 2, you can enjoy the unique view over the village and the Wiesbach valley. Room 3 - is equipped with 2 single beds 90x200cm, bedside table, closet and LED TV. There is also a bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin, towel radiator and WC. As the bedrooms can be occupied differently, the following rules apply: 1. the guest chooses the appropriate bedroom himself if possible (e.g. room 1 for 2 persons). 2. other “bedrooms” are not available. 3. the house is only occupied by the person ordering and their companions. Example: A couple orders the house for 5 days, chooses bedroom 1, for two persons, remaining bedrooms are not prepared. All other rooms (living room, bathrooms, kitchen, etc.) are available to the couple. On each floor there are terraces with dining and seating facilities and a wonderful panoramic view. The house is located right on the edge of the forest. It is built on a slope and is therefore not suitable for people with walking difficulties. Infants up to the age of 2 stay free of charge in their parents' bed. Children in the garden must be supervised. Pets are only allowed on request.

Direkt unterhalb des Jakobsweges liegt unser Haus mit gemütlich eingerichteter Ferienwohnung im Landhausstil, umgeben von Lavendel und üppig wachsenden Büschen. Eine Terasse lädt zum Entspannen ein. Zu Fuß sind es ca. 20 min Gehweg zum Schloss und der historischen Oberstadt Marburgs, die Bushaltestelle ist 7 min entfernt. Ruhige Lage am Marburger Stadtrand, ca. 20 min von der Innenstadt. Near the way of St James you will find our house with the lovely holiday home in country house style. It is surrounded by lavender and the garden. The patio offers you time to relax. By foot you need about 20 min to the Marburg castle and to the old part of the town. Eigener Eingang, Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Terasse. Private access. Parking in front of the house. Patio. Der Stadtteil Marburg-Ockershausen fängt im Anschluß an die Universitätsstrasse an. Es ist ein ruhiges Stadtviertel in Richtung Südwesten Marburgs. The district Marburg-Ockershausen is close by the central quarter of the universitystreet. It is a quiet area to live in the southwest of the city of marburg.

Ferienhaus Mornshausen

Die 110qm große Wohnung auf 2 Etagen liegt direkt am Ortsrand angrenzend an Wald und Feld. Sie wurde vor einigen Jahren aus einer alten Schreinerei mit viel Individualität umgebaut. Zwei gemütliche Schlafzimmer im oberen Bereich bieten Möglichkeit zur Erholung. Im Erdgeschoss ist ein großes Wohnzimmer zum Fernsehen, Spielen, etc. vorhanden. Eine vollausgestattete Küche mit integriertem Essbereich macht Lust aufs Kochen und Geselligkeit. Das Badezimmer ist mit Dusche und Tageslicht ausgestattet.

Wohnen in Niederweimar zwischen Marburg und Gießen

Genieße das Leben in diesem ruhigen und zentral gelegenen kleinen smarten Haus. Wunderschöne Dielenböden zieren die Unterkunft und machen es sehr gemütlich. Bei Sonne lädt die Terrasse zum Verweilen ein. Ob bei einem Kaffee, oder einfach nur zum Sonnen. Direkter Zugang von der Terrasse zur Küche, macht es besonders interessant und komfortabel. Im Haus befindet sich eine Treppe, die etwas steiler und enger ist (siehe Fotos). Zudem ist meine Praxis für osteopatitsche Behandlungen mit im Haus.
