The House has three bedrooms (2 King Beds & 1 Double Bed), One Bathroom and 2 Toilets. The Kitchen/Dining/Living area is open plan and offers a lot of space. The Boardroom chalet its a bright and modern 2 bedrrom unit amongst a beautiful garden. Wake up to the sound of the tuis playing in the trees! A short 5 min walk to the famous Stock route beach break at Wainui Beach, you'll also pass Zepher store on the way perfect for coffee and takeaways. There is plenty of room to roam around if you have kids and also a trampoline and tree house. The chalet is also set behind The Boardroom surf shop where LOST surfboards are produced.

Longview Cottage - peace and quiet.

My place is close to beaches, bush and the famous Motu cycle way. You’ll love my place because of the friendly welcome, the little extras AND the comfy bed!! Only 2 hours driving from either Tauranga, Rotorua or Gisborne - a good resting point. Lovely quiet cottage set on lifestyle block with many chickens and sheep. 3 minutes driving to fabulous Waiotahi beach and only 10 minutes into Opotiki for cafes and shopping. Peace and tranquility - leave the city behind.

You’ll love our place because of the cosiness, the comfy beds, the views, the 1920's charm and character plus the 30 acres of pastures, woodland and stream to explore. The cottage is good for couples, and families (with kids).

Tokomaru Beach

Our place is built behind an historic building, only metres from the beautiful Tokomaru Bay Beach and 100 metres walk to Pakirikiri Marae.The facilities are all modern, with heat pump/air conditioning, acomodating 4 people with style, comfort and ease. One queen bed is in the lounge as a pull down/retractable and the second in a separate bedroom. Shower and toilet is an ensuite shared by all guests but accessed through the bedroom.

Tidal Waters Loglodge Unit, is a private quiet self contained unit, with outstanding coastal and rural views and is part of the amazing Tidal Waters Loglodge. Loisels beach is 10-15 minute walk away, providing fishing, diving, surfing opportunities, as well as beautiful white sand and safe swimming. The unit includes a comfortable king bed, fully functioning kitchen, separate bathroom and laundry facilities.

We live in the upstairs part of the house, and you will have your own separate entry, with access to a lock box. Kick back and relax with the sounds of the ocean in this calm, private space. The beach is a mere stroll away. Bring your bikes, you can park up and make use of the motu/dune bike trail which is accessible from just beyond the studio.
