Wainui Beachfront Home is located on Moana Road right across from the beach. It is a 10min Drive from the City and only 1km away from the Okitu Store. The House has three bedrooms (2 King Beds & 1 Double Bed), One Bathroom and 2 Toilets. The Kitchen/Dining/Living area is open plan and offers a lot of space. Kowhai Ranch 2

Kowhai Ranch has everything you need for a cozy getaway. The two cabins are on a 1ha block of ex-farming paddock, now converted to a native tree nursery. The cabins are only a 5 minute walk to the beach, Wainui surf club, or our local dairy. The cabins are self sufficient with solar power/battery banks while still grid tied for reliability. Rain water and Starlink internet complete our self-reliance. One cabin is a 4.8m x 3m bedroom, and the other 6.8m x 3m kitchen/living/bathroom.

Wheatstone Studio

Our modern, architecturally designed detached studio is the perfect accommodation for couples or individuals looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Situated on a hectare block with a relaxing rural outlook our house is walking distance (1500m) to Wainui Beach and a short (5 min) drive to Gisborne city. The perfect location! Our studio mixes a luxurious but informal bach aesthetic it’s the ideal place to unwind, relax and enjoy Gisborne. BBQ and surfboard available on request.

Ground floor apartments have views and patios from which to sit and enjoy them. From our location it is a brief walk to bars and restrauants located around the habour and along the beachfront.
