This is one of few places in the Hill country and still be 5 minutes away from downtown Fredericksburg. Its located on 43 acres, and offers a plethora of exotic wildlife. As you drive in, there will be a second gate, there's an old style wooden covered bridge crossing a pond with cascading waterfalls! You are welcome to fish at the pond or our creek our back. We don't offer breakfast, but the kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans. We do supply coffee, sugar and creamer.

Due to the recent coronavirus restrictions, and to increase your protection, we are thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting surfaces between guests.

Among the Texas Stars is a great little cabin located just a few miles from Fredericksburg and right in the heart of many of the Hill Country Wineries. The house offers great views, hot tub, bubble tub, and a fully equipped kitchen. While this cabin is private, there are two other guest-homes nearby. Over 300 acres surround the house, making it great for walking and enjoying nature. Being a working ranch guests will see horses and cattle during a stay.

Escape from everyday life to a 320 square feet craftsman-style cabin just 3 miles from the heart of main street Fredericksburg. Just minutes away from shopping, dining, and local attractions but still far enough away from the bustle to relax. Our cabin is built on our active sheep farm. We have Barbado sheep, Ally the llama, Miss Piggy our potbelly pig, and Duke the guard dog. We, the owners are always on-site to help make your stay an enjoyable one.
