Cottage is located directly across the street from Yankee's Bar & Grill where you can sit on the front porch and enjoy live music 7 days a week during prime season. It is steps from Joe's Place, Goblin Custom Cycle, and Firehouse Winery. Stay at this cozy cottage with ample parking which is minutes from Geneva State Park & Marina. Go to the beach, go fishing, rent a golf cart, or just walk the strip and eat, drink, or shop!

Lakeview Cottage with Private Beach Access

Dreaming Tree Cottage, our recently updated home is located in a private community, Mapleton Beach, offering a lakeview & beach access perfect for your getaway. It is located near the heart of wine country and in the middle of the GOTL strip. While a few wineries and a brewery are walkable, many other wineries are a 15-20 minute drive away. It is easy to access ride services such as Uber/Lyft. There is also a wine shuttle we recommend that can be pre-booked by the Lodge + Conference Center.

A relaxing getaway with all the basic amenities: appliances, A/C/heat, WiFi, TV and coffee maker. Enjoy Breakwater Beach, Adventure Zone or catch one of the shuttles to the wineries. Sunburst has 2 sister cottages (Sundance - 49588616 & Coco Blue - 57892215) that can be rented together for larger families.

Catch a shuttle at The Lodge to visit wineries or a gorgeous sunset at the lakefront trail. Just a short walk to the famous "Strip" but away from the noise. Only a 5 minute drive to Geneva-on-the-Lake, a 7 minute drive to historic Ashtabula Harbor and a 15 minute drive to Spire Institute. Local wineries. 32" TV with wifi.
