This central air-conditioned lakefront ranch overlooks Kassuba Lake, sleeps 6, and features 2 cozy bedrooms, 1 bath, a full kitchen and a spacious living/dining area. Bedroom one has a king bed; bedroom two has two twin-over-full bunks. Large windows bring in natural light, and the kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and dinnerware. Access snowmobile and ATV trails just across the lake! Enjoy the hot tub and views of the sunrise over the lake year-round with kayaks and swimming in the lake during the summer months. Cozy cabin on 20 acres(occasional neighbor across road) where you can enjoy snowmobiling in Grayling/Gaylord area or ATV riding in the Frederic area. Just minutes from Hartwick Pines State Park or Forbush Corner for hiking, snowshoeing and cross country skiing. 20 minute drive from treetops resort in Gaylord. Camp Grayling (near I-75) holds occasional trainings see their FB for schedules.

We offer 2 kayaks to use (must transport) cornhole boards & bags, trail riding your UTV/ORV, hiking, rafting at Jordan Valley Outfitter, snowmobiling. & many fine dining restaurants, several ski resorts and short day trips! Additionally, a 90 jet hottub for ultimate relaxation!

Cottage 7 on Heart Lake - Fresh Reno, Amazing View

Fresh remodel - May 2025! Welcome to Cottage 7 on Heart Lake. This has 1 bed/1 bath accommodating up to 2 guests. The cottage includes a full kitchen stocked with all cookware, silverware, and dining utensils. In the summer guests will have access to shared kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, water trampoline, swim platform, and bonfire pit. In the winter, guests can access Trail 7, directly across the road, for snowmobile season. It's the perfect place for your northern Michigan getaway!

The Elkhorn Log Cabin, located in the scenic town of Wolverine, Michigan, has undergone a meticulous restoration to create an ambiance of warmth and charm. The restoration process involved the careful use of locally sourced, reclaimed woods and materials, resulting in a rustic yet refined atmosphere. The strategically placed windows provide stunning views of the surrounding forest and encourage natural airflow. In my opinion there is not many places that surpass this idyllic location.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place in the north woods. Cabin has 2 twin size beds in the loft and a full size bed on main floor. Includes Kitchen table and chairs and a kitchenette with a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, toaster and a crockpot. There is a bathhouse on site with hot showers and bathrooms. Close to ATV/Snowmobile Trails and you can ride from your site. You will need to provide your own bedding, pillows, towels, cooking utensils and shower items

Cozy Cottage on Five Lakes. Close to the expressway , snowmobile trails and downtown Gaylord. Fully stocked kitchen, fireplace, high speed internet and a smart TV so you can stream your favorite shows or just watch Netflix . Bring your kayaks and your fishing poles - nice deck to watch the sunset. Dogs are welcome for an additional one time fee of $35.00. There is no fence and because this house is on the lake dogs and children must be watched at all times.

Centrally located private 200 Sq ft. Tiny Home with a bedroom loft, mini fridge, sink and bathroom. This guest house is on the property of another Airbnb home but has its own drive. This tiny house is most comfortable for 2. Being a tiny house the bedroom loft does require climbing a ladder. Centrally located to skiing, snowmobile, ORV, hiking trails and lakes and rivers! Private yard with a fire pit (some firewood Included). Pets accepted with a fee.
