Amadeo at the Frio Private getaway with pool & spa

"Amadeo" is a secluded 9 acre get away on Saddle Mountain all to yourself, not shared. 2 cabins with 2 full baths & glorified outhouse/shower by salt water pool & spa. Outdoor lounging, covered dining areas, game area, star gazing by the fire pit. We are located 1 mile from river crossing, 5 mins from town, 10 mins from Garner. Beautiful sunsets and view of the hills, also hiking. Each cabin has queen bed, full loft, full futon couch, covered porches. We also love our guests’ fur babies!

My place is close to family-friendly activities, Garner state park (3 miles), Lost Maples state park, Frio river crossings, Leakey, Concan, Utopia, Kerrville, Uvalde, three sisters bike roads. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets), Pets are an additional $15 per pet, per night. Pets Fees billed after you book, b/c there is no option on Airbnb. The Cozy is located towards the front of our 17 acres about 75 ft from Hwy 83.

Four Sisters Ranch Cabin is a countryside stay nestled in the hill country near Utopia, Texas between Garner State Park and Lost Maples State Natural Area. You are invited to hike and explore over 500 acres of our 1000 acre century ranch and enjoy the great outdoors in privacy. The Frio and Sabinal Rivers are but a short distance away. This cabin makes for the perfect romantic getaway, or bring the kids to explore our ranch. You can unplug or use our wifi to log on!

Located five miles north of Leakey, fifteen minutes from Garner State Park, thirty-six miles away from Lost Maples State Park and 82 miles to Fredricksburg.

River House Hideaway

Beautiful, secluded home in Frio Cielo Ranch, with access to the Dry Frio River (not dry), and located just 17 miles from Concan Texas and the Frio River. Close to Garner and Lost Maples. This wildlife haven and night-time star show is some of the best the State has to offer. Enjoy feeding deer off the 12-foot-wide wrap-around porch or hike along the river and look for arrowheads. Happy Our River House

We are located about a mile south out of Utopia off of FM 187. Close to town yet a secluded feeling surrounds the property. Bird watching and wildlife viewing right off the back deck. We are located within a 20 minute drive to Lost Maples State Park or Garner State Park. We have a walking trail down to the riverside that you can use as a picnic sight. Right now the Sabinal river site we have is not swimmable due to the drought.

Situated on one of the most beautiful parts of the Frio River, The River Cabin is a delightful retreat for two shared with the other rental properties on seven acres @ El Zocalo rested on the top of the River Property on CR-350. Enjoy your evening in the common area cooking or just admiring the night sky. If your party is bigger than 2 guests look into our adjacent cabin or houses on the lower part of the property.
