Clean place. Didn’t realize it was attached to a larger house. Not clear in the description. Luckily it was still quite private so that was nice. Very clean. Felt right at home. I was a little unsettled when I found that people were coming into the gated private area while we were staying there. Someone came to get the trash cans and the landscaper was also in the private gated yard and also blocked us in the driveway. While I understand the needs of these services a heads up would have been nice. Just unexpected. Other than that it was great and very close to the Disneyland resort.

The studio was perfect and Angela is a wonderful host.

I would definitely choose Steve and Kathy's studio if you want to visit LA, Pasadena, Glendale, or anywhere near San Gabriel Valley - and sample living in a well-appointed home in Eagle Rock. It's a perfect location with a beautiful view, quiet neighborhood, and great local restaurants. The studio looks just like the photos with amenities that anticipate every traveler's need (and a nearby Target should you need anything else!). Steve and Kathy are also very responsive and gracious hosts - thank you for a wonderful stay!

I came to Newport beach for a conference, and Jeff's place was fantastic! Check in was super easy, the space was as advertised, it was plenty big, the wifi was strong, and the bed was comfortable. The real star of the show was Jeff himself - when I had specific requests, he was always able to make them work. He's a great human being, a great host, and when I'm back in the area, I'd absolutely stay with him again

We had a nice quite couple of days and nights in Lee's backyard bungalow. The bed was fantastic, bathroom was clean and beautiful. Everything was great. Would book again if ever out that way. Thank you.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very peaceful with beautiful views. My Wife spent a lot of time enjoying the outdoor sitting area and taking in everything. I think the cost for this stay was a great deal and would definitely recommend

this was a fantastic place to stay for the price. Rachel was a very attentive host and the rental had everything I needed. the only issue is that the neighbors have a dog that barks 24/7 and it makes it incredibly difficult to sleep being right outside the window. this is unfortunately not something that can be controlled, but it would have been nice to know, so I could have been more prepared.

Anand’s place is THE BEST value in Hollywood. In addition to an immaculate home, the backyard provides a secluded sanctuary to sit or walk the garden. I HIGHLY recommend this property! And thanks, Anand for a great weekend.

We have stayed here several times and have always been satisfied. Especially enjoy the patio with the lovely plants and flowers. Such a nice spot to enjoy morning or late afternoon tea. Will stay here again for sure.

Absolutely amazing stay! It was a little tricky to find at first, but so worth it—this place is a hidden gem! The moment you walk through the gate, you're greeted with breathtaking views and an incredibly peaceful, serene ambiance. It truly feels like a private escape from the city. 10 out of 10 — I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a calm, peaceful getaway. Can’t wait to come back!

This was the perfect place to stay for my family and I. We have two small children and a dog. We loved having the large kitchen and dining room to cook and eat together. The couches were extremely comfortable and perfect for watching TV together. It was great having the two extra futons in each bedroom so there was plenty of sleeping space for us. The neighborhood is the perfect quiet, safe, residential neighborhood we were looking for our family.

Overall great place to stay, Ida was very helpful with her thorough descriptions of everything. In the middle of everything distance wise. Perfect size for three people. 10/10 experience.

Great stay, very comfortable bed. Had everything we needed. The Wi-Fi was a bit spotty when streaming video but overall it was manageable
