Super beautiful, calm, and well decorated new Airbnb in Colombo. I stayed for a week and enjoyed every minute of my stay. It's a great addition to the city & Manthika was super lovely too, thank you!

We had a great 3 nights, we had a friendly welcome and they were very helpful If we needed anything it was attended to ASAP which made our stay great A special thank you to Ruwan and his wife for all their help in taking our luggage up to the third floor and back down when it was time for us to leave, which was an extreme help. I was looking for hassle free, quiet and peaceful place to get my planned work done in the nearby cities. Easy access to transport links. It was a perfect fit for my purpose. Will definitely revisit the place with my family on my next holiday.

We stayed at Gayan’s place for 45 nights under 3 separate bookings. We checked out once and returned back to the air BnB due to a family emergency which Gayan accommodated without hesitation.. we subsequently checked out and had a few days out of Colombo before our 3rd booking. I requested if the bedding could be washed during the time we were away between stays and this was no trouble for Gayan at all. The apartment is beautifully decorated and had all the amenities needed for a short or long stay. Gayan had thought about everything including toiletries and some essentials to get us started, which is always welcome after a long haul flight. We used the pool/gym which was really nice for a change of pace on the days we were just chilling at home. We used the kitchen to cook meals (thank you for providing a blender!) and found everything in working order. Gayan always checked in with me to ensure the stay was going well. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I recommend to everyone for a stay in Colombo. Perfect location, amazing view, perfect standard and great host. Perfect contact, helpful and very nice. Apartment even nicer than in the pictures. I will definitely go back there during my next stay in Colombo.

Great location in the middle of everything and fantastic view of the Lotus Tower and all around the city from the top of the building. The pool, gym and steam rooms were an added benefit. We really enjoyed our stay.

Wir hatten einen wirklich entspannten Aufenthalt von vier Nächten bei Edward in Colombo. Die Wohnung war noch schöner als auf den Bildern – stilvoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Der Wohnbereich ist angenehm luftig dank mehrerer Ventilatoren, das Schlafzimmer hat eine Klimaanlage. Das große Bett mit vier Kissen war sehr bequem, es gibt viele praktische Ablageflächen und ein zusätzliches Gäste-WC. Die Küche ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet: Gasherd, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank, Gefrierfach, Waschmaschine. Kaffee, Tee, Milch und Reinigungsmittel waren vorhanden, auch Duschgel, Shampoo und Seife im Bad. Die Lage ist ruhig, ein nettes Café ist um die Ecke, das Zentrum mit dem Tuk Tuk schnell erreichbar. Edward war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und buchen bei unserer nächsten Reise nach Colombo wieder diese Wohnung! Vielen Dank, Edward!

the place is clean & well equipped, like there is washing machine and good kitchen. the neighborhood is safe and well maintained. the place is advisable for small family and kid friendly also. it is few minute drive from the places we wanna go, so its a good choice for us, only I think missing in the place is plug adaptor but not a big issue, I guess you can pre arrange it prior to your arrival. small suggestion, I hope there would be a bit thicker blanket next time. so far I'm very satisfied with our stay. I will diffidently come back again with my family.

We had grat stay at Nirosha's place. There was 24/7 security at the facility. All the equipment and furnitures made us feel right at home. Support staff was aowesome as well. There is buch of good resturents in the neighbourhood. Nothind bad to say about this accomadation. We are really thankful to Nirosha and her team.

Arosha was a very responsive person. as a guest we really expect this and she was one of that quick. really appreciate especially on the WiFi and TV. really appreciate. well the place is new development due that , place was dusty and facilities not in full force. looking forward to come and enjoy the full facilities. looks great. children playground , gym and the swimming pool. not forgetting the Griffy who was also friendly and of help. thank you

The apartment is really amazing, fully air conditioned with state of the art kitchen and magnificent terrace view, perfect place for family stay.

This is truly a home away from home. We were welcomed by the sweetest people to a very comfortable accommodation. The pictures really doesn't do the place justice. There's lots of space, the kitchen LITERALLY has everything you need, there's enough ACs to keep the temperature in the entire place fresh and the bathroom was super clean and homelike. It even has a bath which was really nice. There's a complete separate entrance to access the apartment so there's never any intrusion on either side. There was a really cool personalized touch that we don't find in most Airbnbs. We were gifted with fruits upon arrival and even new toothbrushes as well as toothpaste in the bathroom. We hit it off with the owners from the start and they even invited us over for dinner. They are extremely caring and generous hosts who love meeting people. The whole family is really awesome. We felt truly blessed to have passed through here and will definitely be coming back if we return to Colombo.

Best Apartment in the heart of Colombo. fantastic Colombo city view. luxurious facilities everywhere and everything was clean. swimming pools are great with heated jacuzzi option and so many space to spend the time. Nice location - short tuk tuk ride or hot walk to many local sights. Safe guarded complex. Supermarket in apartment complex, pool is large (3 different sizes) with a small playground for kids and views of the Lotus tower, and also a gym on the same floor. inside is spacious, clean and with air cons in the rooms.

We had a wonderful stay at this AirBnB in Colombohosted by Noel! The location is perfect—right in the heart of the city, yet peaceful and easy to reach. One of the highlights was the beautiful sea view from the apartment, which made the experience even more special. The building itself is fantastic, with excellent facilities including a pool, sauna, steam room, and gym—all of which we used and thoroughly enjoyed. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and easy to access. The apartment was very well furnished and thoughtfully set up with all the amenities you’d expect in a high-quality stay. The beds were comfortable, storage was ample, and overall, it felt like a home away from home. Coordination with the caretaker Inthika was smooth and seamless from start to finish. We truly had a lovely stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting

Fantastic apartment with a stunning rooftop pool that had exceptional views of Colombo. Sumudu was very responsive and accommodating of our special requests. I look forward to staying here again sometime in the near future.

Benjamin and Nisha were both incredible. we arrived in Colombo slightly earlier than planned. They very kindly allowed us to check in early and ask grandma and the children to give us a tour of the complex. straight away we felt extremely welcome and at home. This is a truly wonderful family! The stay itself was perfect with lots of info on where to go and great things to check out. Everything was immaculately clean and ther were amazing views. You can see the lotus tower from the read bedroom and from the pool area.I would not hesitate to recommend this stay to anyone, 10/10

Three nights at Silmiya’s were fantastic! Luxurious, convenient and a great launchpad for a return to Colombo after 10 years.
