Ob Sommer oder Winter, diese stilvolle Hütte bietet auf rund 50 Quadratmetern die perfekte Unterkunft für vier Personen. Sie befindet sich in sonniger Hanglage. Dieses urige Refugium liegt unweit der Mölltaler Gletscherbahn und vieler Ausflugsziele zum Wandern, Klettern, Ski/Wanderski, Kanufahren und vielem mehr. The apartment is ideal for all who enjoy spending time together outdoors. Situated at 1,000 m a.s.l, it is the perfect starting point for any activities in the mountains or to enjoy swimming in the lake of our village. The landscape between the so-called Pinzgauer Grasberge, the Hohe Tauern National Park, Zell am See/Kaprun and the Kitzbühel Alps is beautiful and offers numerous activities in nature. Our family-run organic farm is situated 985 m above sea level with a beautiful view on the alps. We are surrounded by skiing areas: Zell am See-Schmittenhöhe, Kaprun-Kitzsteinhorn, Kitzbühel, Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Leogang. In addition, the Krimml Waterfalls and the Grossglockner High Alpine Road are close. The apartment is situated on the bottom floor of the farmhouse. It has its own entrance and a cosy sheltered patio with a great view that is situated directly next to a big garden.

Homey Cottage with Glacier View

Our homey mountain retreat used to be my grandparents' place and has been completely renovated just recently. We wanted to preserve the snug and cosy traditional atmosphere with a combination of traditional furniture and a more modern almost minimalistic kind of interior. We kept parts of the traditional furniture and a beautiful collection of my granddad's handcarved portraits on the ground floor and combined it with bright wood and white on the first floor to leaven the atmosphere.
