Situated in the tranquil New Forest countryside with direct access to explore the New Forest terrain and neighbouring Jurassic Coast and beaches. Designed, built and managed using eco-sensitive practices Penny Bun allows you space and time to relax and take a break from the strains of life.

The Sail Loft: lovely River views

Accessed by an outside wooden staircase, the Sail Loft has a very large window providing wonderful views across the water meadows of the River Avon. This is a lovely, light-filled but cosy large studio room. There’s a kitchenette and a woodburner for those winter evenings, and we’re on the edge of the New Forest with lots of beautiful walks and cycling routes all year round. There are so many good pubs locally, and we are also only a half-hour drive from the South coast and its beaches.

The Beach Hytte - Stunning Sea View Penthouse

Enjoy your perfect getaway in this award winning 2 bed penthouse apartment with 180 degree sea views in the heart of the tranquil Alum Chine area of Bournemouth just a few minutes walk from the beach. The property boasts two dining areas, one of which sits on the large balcony with views across Bournemouth beach and a bespoke wood burning stove for the winter nights. Romantic 'hide-away' in a lovely quiet part of the New Forest, the front gate leads directly onto the Forest. Situated in the grounds of a family house, the cottage has its own private patio. There is a village pub within a short walk from the cottage, and there are many wonderful walks without the need to drive. The thatched cottage has studio style accommodation and has been refurbished to a high-standard with underfloor heating. Bicycle storage. Later check out (12noon) on Sundays.

Dobbin’s Stable is a freshly renovated brick built stable block, one of two, located on a farm, which combines all the charm and character of a period building with the style and comfort of a warm and comfortable home. Set in the heart of the New Forest National Park, where ponies, donkeys, cows and pigs roam free, the walking and biking trails are literally on our doorstep, as is a fab pub, cafe and farm shop, and of course the New Forest itself. Borrow our complimentary push bikes too.

Upstairs King size bed and open plan bathroom and a further double bed if required. A genuine Mongolian Yurt has is available for Yoga, Massage or simply relaxation. A Shepherds Hut in the garden sleeps 2 -8 .

Great for couples, families or friends to enjoy with elevated views of the countryside, perfect for a short break or a holiday. Endless Forest walks are on the doorstep with miles of heath land to explore by foot or bike. Round off the day with a glass of champagne watching the sunset, a stroll up to the local pub 3 minutes away, a game of table tennis or pool or darts in the cob house.

Our cosy shepherds hut is situated at the end of our garden in front of our small wood overlooking our paddock in the heart of the New Forest. Situated near the market town of Fordingbridge "Harry's Hut" is in the perfect setting for you to enjoy hiking around The Forest, exploring ancient woodland and visit many of the delightful pubs nearby. The cathedral city of Salisbury is 10 miles to the north and the beautiful Dorset coastline 15 miles to the south.

Primrose Cottage- The Barn New Forest

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Situated in the heart of the New Forest. Walk out of the gate into a beautiful oasis of breathtaking scenery where the animals roam free . Great for walkers and photographers etc I can do silk painting experience if you would like too. Also can teach machine embroidery - see pictures at the end for ideas - it is very simple to do I promise. I charge 20.00 for a session which includes materials
