I loved staying here - walkable to the event I was attending and easy access to the street car. The apartment has all the amenities and suited me perfectly! I hope to stay here again when I return.

Had an excellent experience. Was greeted quickly upon arrival. Walking distance to restaurants, Bourbon Street, French Quarters, Jazz Festival. Great layout and furnishings. Two large bed and bathrooms, with 1/2 bath. Pictures showed the necessary details, with it being better than expected. Will definitely stay again.

Richard and the co-hosts were amazing in communicating and they will do their best to offer you a great stay, one of the best I’ve had. The house was really clean and nice. I would definitely stay again. Some minor things that you might care about are: the apartment was not sound proof enough. Also the house is easily shaking (but I guess probably nothing to worry about).

This was probably the best airbnb I have ever stayed in. It was huge, clean, and comfortable. The private parking was a giant plus, and the drive to the French Quarter was really short even with traffic. Our host was extremely responsive and very friendly, especially when we requested another night because we loved the place so much. I hope to be able to rent this place again when we return to NOLA!

Richard and David were great host for me and my friends. The space looks more spacious in person compared to the pictures. The apartment was very clean and comfy, and it’s in a great location. A lot of the restaurants and bars we went to were no further than 15 minutes away. Bourbon street is about 10 minute away as well . Richard and David stayed in constant contact making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves. Definitely a 5 star stay!

Place was clean and nice the secured parking was awesome. I will give it the area around is a little interesting to say but the host and the space were awesome. The cute little lobby and stairs were clean and adorable and the amenities were nice. Great location to everything just wish NOLA put some care in that district but people like Richard and this Bnb are making the surrounding area nicer by the day!

We had a great stay in Richard’s place. It was easy to get in, nice to have the optional covered parking and also plenty of street parking too. Lots of great restaurants nearby and we would definitely book again.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The unit is clean and spacious. The bed was really comfortable. It’s close to the ferry for easy access to the French Quarter on the east bank and easy walking distance to bars and restaurants in the neighborhood. We will be happy to stay here again.

This home was totally gorgeous. My friends and I truly enjoyed our stay. There was a lot of space so everyone had their own space. The yard was literally to die for. The house was nicely decorated and situated in a very quiet neighborhood. For those that may want to attend church, there was a really nice one around the corner. It's always a great perk to have laundry and that was awesome. The kitchen provided ample cookware and everything else you need. The kcup machine was nice. Alex was very responsive to our needs and provided great restaurants choices. We had a leak and he sent a plumber out immediately and, he was even friendly and explained everything that he was doing. This Airbnb is definitely a vibe and the life is sweet saying on the wall was truly the best quote for our stay.

DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH!! We stayed for the weekend before leaving for a cruise and loved it! Yeah, the neighborhood is a bit industrial but SAFE! Accidentally left my purse on the porch overnight and it was right where I left it the following morning. (Too much Bourbon Street LOL). The rooms were clean and the kitchen accommodating. The floor tile in the bathroom sinks a bit but we discovered that’s a New Orleans thing. I just wore slippers 😊 Would definitely stay again. Perfect for a girls trip!

This was a perfect stay for my trip to New Orleans. Extremely well accommodated for a large group and is very peaceful, but also close enough to all the great things this city has to offer.

We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Everything was exactly as pictured and described and I’ll say the pictures don’t do it justice - it is truly a lovely space, immaculately clean and full of charming New Orleans character. We had everything we needed and then some. We enjoyed many afternoons among the rose blooms on the back porch area. Andrew was a fantastic communicator and proactive host. I highly recommend him as a host and the property for a stay. We hope to visit again!

Great location for a family! Nice neighborhood, close to the park, clean and comfortable home. We had 4 adults and two children (2y & 10m) without issue. Added value that it included parking! Luke was proactive, before check-in he let me know that the high chair at the property was decommissioned and, because that was going to be an inconvenience for us, quickly found a replacement and had it delivered before we even got there! Very friendly and helpful.
