High speed internet is available-but no TV The property is convenient and easy to access,with a large parking area, although being next to I70 it is not quiet and secluded, expect road noise.( ear plugs and white noise machines are provided.) There is no Laundry-A local Laundromat is available.

MO Valley College Families are welcome, perfect place to stay during games.

Play and stay at our sports themed getaway featuring Golden Tee, Wii, cornhole, 5 smart tv’s (1 outside), games galore and a sports bar like kitchen! Just look for the yellow house located right next to the UCM tailgate parking lot directly north of stadium across the street from Spin pizza.
