Gracie place is comfy, cozy, peaceful spot to visit Texas Hill country and specifically Kerrville. Lots to do there and the towns around. She's very attentive to guests. We really enjoy staying here. Sitting out back over the river is so nice.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Josh & Amiee’s Airbnb! The space was spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable trip. The hosts were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome. The location was perfect—close drive to great restaurants, breweries, and wineries. We loved every moment and can’t wait to return! Highly recommend! Scott

Jennifer and Marty were great hosts. The two airbnbs they own are downstairs in their home but you have a private entrance separate from the main part of the house.They were very accommodating and had snacks waiting for us when we arrived. They had some plumbing issues but were able to accommodate us with the other room they had available. Everything was clean and comfortable. The house was in a nice neighborhood and close to town. We will definitely stay again if ever back in Kerrville!

This townhouse was located in a quiet neighborhood which was great for taking walks & seeing wildlife. The newly remodeled unit has a spacious open floor plan with a beautiful kitchen that was well equipped. The first floor is accessible with a master bedroom having a walk-in closet & beautiful bathroom with walk in shower. Upstairs there are additional bedrooms & full bath so this is a great space for a family get away. The beds were very comfortable & each bedroom has a TV. Good variety of restaurants in the area, some where you can watch the sunset on Lake LBJ but recommend making reservations. If you rather just relax there is small patio in the back with a nice BBQ grill. We were in the area visiting family for 10 days & appreciate having a wonderful place to stay that felt like home. Eugene is an outstanding host & very responsive. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

My husband and I and our little dog had a great time staying at Mindy's place. It was perfect for us! We love sitting outside and watching the deers and it was an easy drive into town or to the caves. I loved the layout of her place, it was small but it was laid out perfectly so that when my husband got up a little earlier than me he could go and sit in the small side room and read his book or get on his computer without waking me up . We will definitely be back!

Beautiful condo with all the amenities. Just steps away from great restaurants, shopping, and the legendary Gruene Hall. I would definitely stay here again and wish we could have stayed longer. 5 stars!

Zach’s place was beautiful. We enjoyed the swimming pools, hot tubs and our own balcony. A wonderful location to get away from everything and revel in the peace and quiet. Very spacious and the two full bathrooms made getting ready so much easier.

It was exactly as described… cute little cottage located in a neighborhood that was peaceful and walkable to town. This place was decorated so cute and quite spacious. It was so peaceful in the mornings and evenings. We absolutely loved it!

This home was great for the group of us that came into town. House was extremely clean, and had great recommendations as well. House looks just like the photos and was in a great place. Would definitely stay here again. The snack box with candy was also a hit and a great touch.

Had a weekend stay with my friends and the pictures do NOT give this home enough credit! It is BEAUTIFUL!!!!! They had the house very clean and very well set up, there are Tvs in every room, good AC, wifi, washer/dryer and plenty of beds and rooms. We ate outside in the shed and later sat by the campfire! We even saw deers by the front stairs and fed them fruits! Definitely will be coming back for sure❤️ Thanks again for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home🥰

Jennifer's place was great for hosting both of our families with young kids. One-story (rancher) house was ideal. Sleeping areas were great for separation (large master suite with lots of space in the bedroom and large walk-in closet can fit a pack-n-play easily) and separate side of the house with queen bedroom, double sink bathroom, and "kids room". There were lots of toys for kids to play with which was a plus. Kitchen had essentials for cooking. Place was a 20-25 min walk to the main strip with restaurants/shops etc, which was not bad through the neighborhood (minimal sidewalks however). Also close to the main playground. Only thing that would have improved our experience was if the backyard area was a little more inviting for lounging (had sitting space only). Large yard for the kids to run around (would recommend guests bring a ball or games to play outside). Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again-Jennifer was a great host and very responsive and accommodating!

It's so nice to find a place where we can take our puppies and is so clean and accessible. Great locations to all of our family in Austin, San Antonio and Gonzales. Jayson is a thoughtful host and everything you need is there in a quiet neighborhood.

Joe was a great host! He responds quickly and I felt welcome before check-in and as soon as we walked in. It smelled clean when we walked in. Everything was neat and clean. There were no grass spurs/stickers in the backyard. We loved the game room. The kids loved the hot tub too.

The house met out needs and was close to everything we needed and wished to see on San Marcos.

We had a great stay. Cute property, great walkable location, very clean and well maintained. The most comfy bed! Great communication. Will definitely stay again if we are lucky enough to visit New Braunfels another time.

Beautiful escape. John's place was so peaceful with wildlife thought-out the community with amazing views. We loved having the golf cart to get around the area. The beach club was a short drive, with beautiful trails to get you there. The condo was very welcoming with a well equipped kitchen. The beds were very comfy. We really enjoyed our time spent. We'd love to stay again when we are in the area.

Perfect spot to walk to Gruene Hall and walk home. The place was very clean and close to the river. We will definitely stay here again when we’re in Gruene

Felt at home Comfortably pleasant. Clean and nicely furnished Great location for all Horseshoe Bay Tx has to offer. Really a perfect place to enjoy the peaceful , relaxing surroundings and much more enjoyable than a hotel room Perfect. They are on top of the game !!!!

Lovely long weekend stay for rest and relaxation. Unit is as described. Clean, well appointed and spacious: Host is very responsive and helpful. Overall, good value booking. Won’t hesitate to come back.

The apartment matched the pictures and descriptions. It was clean, and everything went smoothly. The pool was nice; it was small so on a busy summer day it might get crowded. You could also easily access the river. You can walk to the water park, but a walk to town is a bit far (although doable and safe). The neighborhood was quiet, and parking was easy.

Meagan was great! She was very responsive and attentive. We loved the location and having a pool and river access was awesome! We will stay at Meagan's again!
