Cozy place to stay while in Granby!

We enjoyed our stay at the "Blue Bear". The condo was warm and clean, the kitchen well stocked and the beds comfortable. The views as we traveled up the 20 minute mountain road to the condo were beautiful. We enjoyed exploring Idaho Springs, touring the Argo Gold Mine, visiting the cute shops, and eating at Beau Jo's, Clear Creek Cidery, and the Banana Leaf (so delicious). Of course, the biggest highlight was skiing at Loveland (and also Granby Ranch)!

We had an amazing stay at the condo in Winter Park. The location is perfect—close to restaurants, the grocery store, and an easy walk to the shuttle stop. The condo is nicely decorated and very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinners. Our oldest stayed on the pull-out couch and it was surprisingly comfortable. My family and I loved our stay in Winter Park! Cozy condo. Katy had thought of so many little things, that made things very easy. My kids LOVED the river and pool.

Comfortable, well equipped, the ski bus stop is steps away. Would stay again. Exactly as described.

We had such a great stay! The hosts were kind, super-responsive, and gave us some great recommendations on things to do in the area! The condo was gorgeous and the views from the living room were amazing! The space was so clean and comfortable! We were also just a short walk away from the hiking trail to St Mary’s Glacier. If you’re ever in the area this is a great place to stay!

It was a great place to stay. Be aware that this cabin is above 9,000ft and can contribute to elevation sickness. Beyond that it was amazing to hear the water in the stream while we were outside playing. Very quiet and not very busy road. The water pressure could have been better, but got the job done. It’s hard to fault pressure when the place is on top of a mountain:).

This was such a lovely little place to stay during our time in Idaho Springs! Close to town and easily accessible, plus very homey and accommodating. The hosts were flexible and communicative and very helpful. Would stay here again!

Lovely home. Beautiful scenery. Close enough to the city but far enough to get relaxation and outdoor activities. Would recommend and return. Love the small mountain town atmosphere close by.

So grateful for our time! Beautiful location. We took the short trip to Idaho Springs for Main Street Restaurant, Beau Jo’s, and shopping in town. We hit a few local trails, and wrapped up the trip with Emerald Lake and the beautiful drive on Peak to Peak scenic byway. It was such a delight to walk out the door and be greeted with clear creek, sound and sight. The hot tub was the cherry on top. We cannot wait to plan a trip back.

My family of 4 spent spring break from Texas here & what a beautiful experience! It snowed a lot during our stay, so the views were breathtaking. The home was decorated to perfection with cozy beds, towels, nice appliances & plenty of cooking supplies for nice meals up on the mountain with my kids. Smart TVs in every room, shovels for the snow with salt, snacks & refreshments.. these hosts really thought of everything. We can’t wait to come back!!

Great place to relax and do a little fishing. Clean comfy and quiet. Check in and check out we're a breeze. Would love to come back for another visit.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful mountain home. The house was incredibly clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect—close to local spots to eat in Empire, and just a short drive to Loveland Ski Area, Georgetown, and Idaho Springs. It was so quiet and serene, and sitting in the hot tub overlooking the creek was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. Linda was very communicative and made the check-in process super easy. Overall, a peaceful mountain retreat with great access to everything you need nearby. Highly recommend!

The space served perfectly for our long weekend in Winter Park! It was a 5 minute drive to the ski resort and there were lots of restaurants in walking distance of the property. The club house with a pool and hot tub was also a short walk. The place its self was very spacious and well kept. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies making it easy to cook meals at home. Martha was very kind and was easy to communicate with. Overall our whole trip was seamless and we had a wonderful time! Thanks Martha!!

We had a great stay here. Loved the location, the resort bus stop was just across the street and dropped you off right at the gondola. Parking was easy, and they included two parking permits for us. The condo itself was very spacious and well furnished!

Good responsive hosts Clean home Can be a little tight in the living room with 5 guests max, very comfortable with 4. Their guest max made sense haha EXCELLENT location for winter park resort and west side rockies

Spacious, clean and comfortable condo. Comfy beds! Great pool and hot tub amenities. Close to the shuttle for easy access to WP resort. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Great condo - would highly recommend!

Loved our stay! We went for the skiing at Winter Park which was so conveniently close. The condo itself was perfect for our family. We ate in most evenings (although there are so many good restaurants near by) and enjoyed our post-ski evenings unwinding in the unit. Tammy was a wonderful and communicative host!
