This brand new tiny home was completed in 2023, with all the mod-cons you could want. A toasty fireplace to keep you warm in winter, great water pressure with instant hot water and fully plumbed, wifi and smart TV. Perfectly located in the heart of Frankton within walking distance of shops and restaurants, or take in the lake views and pick your own summer fruit trees!

Centrally located Frankton studio

Located in the heart of the Frankton Flats area 25 minutes walk to the airport, close to restaurants and shopping. Views are to mountains whilst being adjacent to the commercial district. Situated between Coronet Peak and Remarkables this is ideal for ski trips to Queenstown. Enjoy a super-king size bed or this can be split to be two singles. For warm days and evenings, there is a small terrace to enjoy. NB there is currently construction underway across the road 7am-6pm. No onsite parking.

Spectacular views, townhouse

Spectacular views and everything you need for a perfect holiday. With 2 heat pumps to keep you cosy in winter our house is suitable for a couple or a family group, away from the hustle and bustle of town and yet close enough to stroll in to the centre. Guests (and pets) of all ages are very welcome, a travel cot and high chair are available. Secure double garaging with remote control access. Please note the garage is standard height (1.95M) - will not accommodate a high top van/people mover.

The house has been renovated in 2025, only premium bedding and linens are used.

Absolutely breath-taking views from the balcony, the huge living area and the bedroom! Spacious apartment with open plan dining, lounge and full kitchen. Recently re-furnished with a very comfortable bed and sofa/sofa bed. Quiet location. 5 minute drive to Queenstown centre. 2 minute walk to the bus stop. This is the whole of the upstairs of the house. There are 2 studio apartments below, they are locked off from the rest of the house which may be rented separately during your stay.

Newly renovated studio apartment in sunny Kelvin Heights, From the apartment it is a 20 min drive to Queenstown, 5 min drive to Frankton & airport, or a 3 min walk to a water taxi that takes you on a short scenic boat ride into downtown Queenstown. Stunning walking and biking tracks are one step away, and also the local Kelvin Heights golf course. Kitchenette has a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and 2 hobs - suitable for light meals.
