STUDIO APARTMENT on lower level of house. If you desire a cozy space with a convenient 1 block walk to Sewickley Village, this is your best choice. Easy walk to everything: grocery store, restaurants, sports bar, pharmacy, shops, library, YMCA. You have the entire space to yourself. This is a LARGE 1 ROOM studio apartment in my home. Total privacy and separate entrance. The two beds are: 1 Queen bed and 1 sofa that can be used as a full size bed. NOTE: you may hear foot traffic above.

We are located only 20 minutes from Downtown Pittsburgh and 15 minutes to Heinz Field, PPG Paints Arena, and PNC Park. This area is close to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores and the PA Turnpike. It has a new queen bed, sleeper sofa, a kitchenette and a full bathroom with a private entrance on the 3rd floor of a beautiful 1890s Pittsburgh mansion. It's the size of a large room and works very well with guests that are planning to work, or go out enjoying the city and come back to a safe, clean and comfy place to recharge for the night (not suitable for kids under 10).

Enjoy our 3-bedroom home with ample sleeping arrangements, a fully equipped kitchen, and covered front porch with a porch swing! Located between Cranberry Twp and Wexford, you are close to restaurants, shopping, and parks. 25 minutes north of downtown Pittsburgh and 25 minutes south of Moraine State Park. 10 minutes from UPMC Lemieux Sports Complex and right down the road is the popular Jergel's Rhythm Grille, where you can enjoy live music.
