The mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

Situated on the River Fowey, a welcoming, dog- friendly cottage suitable for adults only due to direct water access. Paddle board, kayak, crabbing or fishing all possible straight off the terrace. Swimming not permitted. Private steps to the foreshore give access to some beach at low tide. Alternatively, just sit and watch life go by from the waterside terrace or the two fabulous window seats. Excellent shops, galleries, pubs, restaurants & car parks just a stroll away.
