Fortuna Foothills: aluguel por temporada com piscina

This is our second stay at this home. We love it and enjoyed our visit so much so that we stayed for 5 months. We hope to return in the fall. Our hosts, Johanna and Aaron are wonderful and kind and responsive to any needs.

Erin was very responsive and helpful. The home is gorgeous and in a great location. She even decorated for us to spend Christmas with our Marine. We will definitely be reserving again.

This house was more than expected. Very well furnished with everything we needed. Host was very responsive to all our questions. Pool was beautiful. Hot tub a huge bonus. Would highly recommend. Thank you for such a relaxing vacation. Would highly recommend

Always love to stay at Chris’ homes, they are so clean, decor is immaculate, and the responsiveness is unmatched! We come to Yuma at least 10 times a year and appreciate coming to Chris’ homes since it feels like a home away from home at this point. Location is great, close to downtown Yuma and walking distance from La bodega ! I always look for Chris’ homes first when I come to Yuma. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

This immaculately clean home is just as advertised. Everything that you will need for your stay, private heated pool, in a very quiet neighbourhood. Highly recommend!

Our family had a really nice time staying at this house. Easy to locate, simple check-in instructions, house was clean and spacious and was also pretty centrally located to grocery stores and eateries. We used the pool and hot tub. The house had plenty of pool and bath towels. Loved that there was a big couch and lots of seating around the living/dining room. Bathrooms were clean and typical essentials were provided. We’d have no problem coming back and staying here again.

Jamie's place was perfect! So many extras - from soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. When you are only going for a couple of days, it is a pain to have to go out and purchase all those things for a short stay. The house was stocked with all those extras which was nice. Everything was clean and neat and I did not feel like I had to clean the dishes before using them. Lots of room for our group of six adults and one toddler. We were there for Thanksgiving and even had the mixer and pans that we needed to bring what we were tasked with for our family dinner. Kitchen was very stocked with anything that you might need. Beds were comfortable and so was the furniture in the living area. Was chilly while we were there so did not get to use the pool but the patio area was amazing! Even had firewood if we wanted too make a fire. Again, all the little touches that make you feel like you are home. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The Yuma Sunset condo is a very nice clean unit. It is freshly painted and tastefully decorated. All of the furnishings, appliances, and utensils are modern and appear to be new. The beds are very comfortable, and the linens and pillows are also new. The layout is great with both large bedrooms upstairs each having a full bathroom attached. Additionally, there is another bathroom downstairs. The AC is cold and there are large ceiling fans throughout. An assigned covered parking space out back is a welcome bonus. The neighborhood is clean and quiet. Our host Jesse was easy to contact and was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this rental.

The house was well maintained and very cozy but still felt like a vacation home. I would definitely stay here again!!! Steve and Cathy where great and answered any questions we had quickly!!!

Kyle’s home was ours for 1mo while we moved to Yuma and found a home. It had everything we needed, and it was the perfect introduction to Yuma. The neighborhood is shaded, cool, and beautiful. We highly recommend staying here!

My family enjoyed our stay here in Yuma. Comfortable beds and good location. Good value for the money! We even made lemonade with the lemons off of a lemon tree!
