Includes dock and boat access (marina and boat ramp minutes away). Great swimming, fishing and kayaking (2 kayaks included). Relaxing screened in front porch overlooking lake with swing and rocking chairs. Additional deck, firepit and grill that's perfect for outdoor dining with beautiful sunsets.

Private entrance with electric fireplace, television, music, Queen size bed, sofa, bar with stools, refrigerator, 2 burners cook surface, microwave, Keurig, toaster, dishes and cookware. Private bath with compost toilet, shower and sink. Access to paddle boat with life jackets available. Fishing rods if you want to try it!

Guest house is located on several acres with view of the pond and an atmosphere of peace and tranquility. Swimming pool is directly by guest house and for your use. Only 20 minutes to downtown Columbus and 25 minutes to Fort Benning Georgia, and it is within the trainees allowable range.
