Very kind and responsive host; provided helpful and clear instructions and welcome. The home is beautiful, peacefully situated and clean and comfy. Our family and friends were all comfortable and enjoyed the warm, well appointed home for a long weekend. Sandra was available and responsive. We’ve stayed in homes all over the world. Sandra and her Ukiah home are among the best.

We were in Sonoma area just for a few days and the Forestville location was perfect for us, we were able to go into Healdsburg, and so many wineries to choose from nearby. It was better than expected . Kurt was a very kind host and I cannot say enough about this beautiful home

We stayed here for our 23rd anniversary, and this home exceeded our expectations. We normally stay bluff side, but I'm glad we didn't. Pauline has put so much thought into making this the perfect get away and the layout is ideal for a couple looking for a quiet and private retreat. We loved the hot tub, views, fireplace (which worked great ;-) and the wonderfully comfortable beds. Many whale spouts and great dinners at the Vue and Sea Ranch Lodge where we charged our car.

This was a beautifully designed and comfortable home. Kitchen fun to cook in! Comfortable bedrooms. Swanky showers, fireplace. Very peaceful. Quiet. We loved it.

The whole family had an amazing time. Kids cried when we left. We will be back!

Griselda was a wonderful host. Our stay was super last minute and she was very accommodating, responsive and flexible. The location was perfect. We came to hike in Armstrong Redwood Park and her place was only about a 3 min drive there. It was also a three minute drive from the downtown so great location. Beautiful house with lots of space and a huge yard. I'd love to come back in the summer when we could use the outdoor space more, but the hot tub was perfect for the winter.

This was our second stay at the Balina house. It's incredibly peaceful and comfortable. You can watch the waves roll in from the upstairs. The Ohlson pool, walking distance across a meadow, is really worth a visit. The fog burnt off everyday. The kitchen is fully stocked. Our four year old really enjoyed the hot tub. It was a great family get away. The hosts are totally responsive and very thoughtful. We're grateful we found this place!

Wonderful stay - I was looking for a peaceful comfortable retreat in a very natural setting, but with enough amenities to entertain and care for small kids. This was perfect! The kids enjoyed the beaches in the area, the hot tub, making smores at the fire pit and playing in the home. The dog run was great for our dog's potty breaks without getting lost in the woods and the whole Sea Ranch area is super dog friendly. We had a great time! Hope to come back.

Photos did not do this place justice. The deck was such a nice surprise with so many small moments & touches tucked away to discover. As for the place itself, pitch perfect for a family and absolutely the most fully stocked kitchen I've ever encountered in an airbnb rental. I had absolutely zero reason to interact with the host because their directions were so clear, helpful, and concise! After experiencing a string of extremely disappointing rentals, this location was a perfect reminder of airbnb at it's best. Will definitely put this on the short list for return visits!

We had a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful, with amazing art throughout, and it had all the kitchen supplies we needed. The hot tub was clean and ready to enjoy, and the bathrooms were spotless. The owner was very communicative and even left us a thoughtful welcome gift, which was a lovely touch. Just a quick note: the shower in the guesthouse is outside, so plan accordingly. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we’d highly recommend this property!

This is the best Airbnb I have stayed at in the area, Great, quiet location, beautiful vineyard. Well sitting around the firepit we had a great view of the stars, well listening to a creek flowing in the distance with the sound of frogs and grasshoppers all around us. Great walk down to the local farmer's market and wine tasting. The house was very clean with a great setup, very comfortable beds.

I absolutely loved this place! Everything about it really impressed me, we cooked some nice prime rib eye steaks on the BBQ and enjoyed the fire pit at night and plenty of privacy, the home is a very cool design and had plenty of space and it was spotless! So many accommodations like dishes, towels, beach chairs, basically everything you need. The WIFI worked great and the living room was cozy. I’ll be booking again and the Host Mara was very easy to communicate with! I highly recommend staying here when visiting Fort Bragg it’s really a treat!

Beautiful house. Amazing location. It was so amazing to walk outside to the porch and see and hear the ocean. Hearing the fog horn at night was wonderful. The sea lions in the morning were a great sound to wake up to. Perfect spot near by to see the sunset. This house is perfect for a group or a couples getaway. The neighbors are quiet, even thought their is a home preschool next door….we never heard a peep. Just an overall amazing place to stay. Cant wait to be able to go back.

We loved staying at Noel’s place! The location was perfect and the house was dope! The split levels were good for our two groups. We would definitely stay there again for our next Guerneville vacation!!

I needed a quiet weekend gateway from the city noise to recharge and reconnect with nature. Tom’s place was perfect. It’s very beautiful and peaceful. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend for a nice quality time in the nature.

Aptly named, Sea Sanctuary offered great repose to our family which included grandparents from Florida! Upon entering this unique build, one is immediately transported… to receive the gift of a true vacation! We enjoyed the Japanese/Balinese influenced design and decor. We marveled at the well planned living space including majestic panoramic ocean views. We fully enjoyed and utilized the AMAZING kitchen, inspired by the “everything you could need or imagine” gadgets, dishes, and machines! We made soups and a birthday cake for our 11 year old. We had a bbq on the back deck for lunch. The clean hot tub was a treat as the weather was quite chilly! The easy trek to the bike path and beach was a highlight for our ocean loving family! Words can not fully capture the genuine feelings of peace, comfort, as well as adventure that Ted Seymour has provided by offering to share his beautiful retreat! We are lucky, indeed, to feel so nourished by this vacation experience! Thanks Ted & Anna

Nancy and Sam were extremely quick to respond and always helpful. The house was just what our family needed to gather together and feel at home. The kids loved the beach and roaming the property.

We were lucky enough to be able to book the place on Christmas Eve and it was perfect for my small family and two dogs! Everything is as described on the website, the house was super clean and stocked with everything that we needed. Marguerite was also responsive to all messages that were sent. This home was beyond our expectations. From the moment we arrived, everything was effortless—easy access to the property, and Megan was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. She truly thought of everything, from firewood and propane to a fully stocked kitchen and patio bar (seriously, if you can think of it, it’s probably there!). The photos don’t even begin to capture how beautiful this place is. The house itself is stunning, with thoughtful details and lush landscaping that makes it feel like your own private resort. The backyard was the true showstopper—spacious, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The pool and hot tub were clean, warm, and ready to go. The beds were unbelievably comfortable, and every room felt inviting. Whether you’re cooking in the kitchen, lounging outside, or soaking in the hot tub under the stars, this home wraps you in comfort. Truly an amazing experience. We’ll absolutely be back

The view. It's maily the view that no picture can really describe. But than again, the house itself is so nice, with great feeling of privecy but still near fine restaurants, wineries, short or long hiking trails, sea and forests. Perfect location

This is our fifth time staying at Orange Crush. Cannot recommend it highly enough. The home is beautiful, the kichen, well appointed, beds super comfy, the deck and view sublime. Natasha is the perfect hostess, every need anticipated. We enjoyed the hot tub, the lovely deck, sunrises, sunsets, Mendocino, beaches, shopping, and everything within easy reach.
