La Darsena di Villa Sardagna, dal 1720 pertinenza dell'omonima villa nobiliare in Blevio, è un open-space unico nel suo genere, realizzato in pietra antica, legno bianco e vetro. Si affaccia su uno splendido panorama caratterizzato dalle storiche ville lariane, tra cui il Grand Hotel Villa D'Este. Offre un magnifico terrazzino prendisole, ideale per romantici aperitivi al tramonto. Per chi ama l'escursionismo, sono a disposizione diversi sentieri segnati per raggiungere località di interesse come il Lago Delio, Campagnano. A 3 km di distanza si trova Maccagno, sulle rive del Lago Maggiore, dove si può praticare canoa, wind surf e vela. Da Maccagno, in battello, si possono raggiungere le più importanti località del lago sia italiane sia svizzere.

Mein Haus ist eine vor gut 100 Jahren erbaute , herrschaftliche Villa, die ich im Laufe der Jahre renoviert habe. Die hohen, großen Räume und das 10 Ar große Grundstück vermitteln Großzügigkeit, man hat Platz in diesem Haus und auch im Garten. Das Dorf Pino liegt knapp hundert Meter über dem Lago Maggiore, was für einen schönen Ausblick sorgt, die 100 Höhenmeter muss man aber auch überwinden. Die Frühstücksbrötchen und anderes Grundsätzliches gibt es im Lädchen nur 50 Meter vom Haus entfernt.

De villa met zwembad ligt wat hoger op de berg, in een rustige omgeving in Maccagno con Pino e Veddasca, dicht bij het Lago Maggiore. Je hebt uitzicht op de bergen en een doorkijkje naar het meer. De villa (max 9 personen) bestaat uit een ruim woonhuis (5 personen) en een gescheiden kleiner appartement (4 personen). Ideaal voor twee families (groepen jongeren staan wij niet toe). Die Villa liegt leicht oberhalb von Brissago im sonnigen Tessin. Sie bietet einen perfekten Kompromiss zwischen zentraler Lage (das Ortszentrum und der See sind fussläufig erreichbar) und Natur. Über einen parkähnlichen Garten gelangt man in die Villa mit 5 Schlafzimmern. Vier davon im ersten Stock und eines in Form einer separaten Einliegerwohnung im Untergeschoss. Ein Balkon und mehrere Terrassen bieten Gelegenheit zur Entspannung draussen. Ein Pool ist in den Sommermonaten auch vorhanden.
