For those of you who are not interested in loads of space, we offer a small (14 sqm) but cosy and well equipped studio for your stay in Rome. We have renovated a former wash house and transformed it into a modern and refined pied à terre with AC, WI-FI and usb wall ports, your comfort being our main concern. Our studio is located in Villa Certosa, a friendly neighborhood (almost a small town) in Rome, 15 mins by tram from Termini Station and 15 mins on foot from the popular Pigneto.

Newly renovated and in the center of Frascati, 10 minutes walk from the train station that connects Frascati to Roma Termini (30/50 minutes depends on the train you took). From the central Piazza Marconi you can take buses to other areas of the Castelli Romani and the metro Anagnina. It offers fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, wi-fi , double bed, sofa bed, bathroom and small outdoor space. Grocery stores, bars and restaurants are present. Tourist tax €1.30/night per person
