Tea coffee supplies are available as complimentary. Water bottle & snack basket is their WiFi is available and you can enjoy Netflix YouTube. There is one queen bed in one room and one twin bed in other room so 3 people can comfortably sleep with their privacy. The place is 6 min close to LIRR by car. DoorDash and Uber eats deliver the food easily.

You'll have your own bathroom, kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, toaster, fridge, air conditioner, tv with cable and internet. Our study is a FREE SMOKING PLACE! Not smoking or vaping!

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Just a short distance from the center of town and the Fire Island ferries. Close to grocery stores and shopping centers. Also, the LIRR is less than 1 mile away. NO PARTIES!!! AND ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING!!! Please leave all towels on the floor of the bathroom and take out the garbage. The garbage pails are on the side of the house.
