Located near 3rd st. and 5th st. boat ramps, walk to restaurants, bakery, ice cream parlour, antique stores, shops, museum, park and playground. Includes 2 single person kayaks and 2 bicycles! Bring your fishing poles and fish from the pier! Super comfy! Perfect location!

Take it easy at Dancing Waters located on Pirate's Cove in this unique & tranquil getaway. Enjoy the ever changing views with many species of birds against the backdrop of Mt Konocti. Christmas Special: Enjoy access to the pier including meditating under the Pyramid. We have created this 450 sq. ft. apartment out of the existing house which we currently live in. It has a separate entrance on the street with parking. It has a king bed, 50" TV, desks, electric fireplace, mini kitchen/bar.

Our rustic wood cabin is nestled among pine trees in the little village of Cobb Mountain, close to Harbin hot springs, Clear Lake, and just north of Napa valley wine country. Enjoy being surrounded by forest while you relax in the hammock or bbq on the deck. Step back in time in the vaulted wood rooms, warm fireplace, modern amenities including A/C and comfy bedding. A short walk to the swimming pool, little stream, general store and cafe. A perfect romantic getaway, or for the whole family!

Winter time...you can bask in the glow of your fireplace or sit out and gaze at the stars in front of your outdoor fire pit! Spring/summer enjoy colorful gardens and meals picked out of your own backyard....you may cook, or allow me to prep a meal and serve you at your own bistro table. Quiet and peaceful...feels very far away but Kville is just a mile up the road with with numerous wine tasting rooms, restaurants, brewery, shops and LOTS of live music, birding, hiking, fishing, gambling.

Beautiful New Deck with 10’x10’ Gazebo! Spectacular views of Mount Konocti and Clearlake, the largest freshwater lake in California. Pet friendly Cottage (B) $15 pet cleaning fee paid in lock box. Watch out for killer hummingbirds , rangale of deer, speed-demon Quail, wild Turkeys. LOL IMPORTANT for Locals: message me the reason for your stay. Lots of problems with locals. (Parties, etc) 99% of guests are stopovers or vacation getaways. I Reserve the right to cancel questionable bookings.

Beautiful country vineyard property!

Country main house set in the middle of vineyards. Our property is on seven acres, you’re surrounded by vineyard, olive and Walnut trees. Excellent getaway from the city with friends. The star gazing is amazing. We come up regularly between renters and are completely involved with the upkeep of the house and grounds. The house is just a short drive from Kelseyville and the town of Lakeport. Just minutes from the lake and area wineries. Walking distance to The Mercantile tasting room!

If you’re looking to getaway, this home high in the hills surrounding beautiful Clear lake, is the retreat for you! Enjoy panoramic views of the lake and mountains. Very quiet, the perfect stop between the redwood trees and the Bay Area Relax on the deck shaded by mature oak trees and watch the osprey’s gliding below you or use the house as a jumping off point. Mendocino National Forest, just 20 minutes away, offers endless possibilities: mountain bike and explore the local trails

Cottage on lakeside property.

This is a cozy guestroom attached to the garage on our stunning half-acre lakefront, tree-studded property. The bedroom (double bed) and bath are quite small (not room for much luggage), but perfect for a few nights stay. We have two chairs and a little table set up right outside, and there are other relaxing spots. Check-in time is normally 3:00, but can be earlier with prior approval. We also rent out our house on occasion. They are 2 separate places non attached.

Studio Cottage on Saffron Farm

Our open plan cottage studio has lovely views of our walnut orchard, historic barn and fields. Enjoy sunset over the neighboring vineyards from your private deck. We are a mile down the road from a lovely State park, that is if you ever want to leave our tranquil little farm. Also nearby are wineries, hiking trails up a dormant volcano, and California's largest and oldest lake. Our farm is featured in the September 2022 issue of Sunset magazine. Check it out!

Cozy Lake House - Kelseyville

Adventure awaits: Stay, play, relax, and getaway! Hike the mountain or bike the lake, then return for a soak in the jacuzzi bathtub. Relax on the deck with a BBQ and a game of corn hole. Pet friendly deck and small fenced area. Two different boat launches just two minutes away. The famous Konocti Harbor resort is nearby offering summer entertainment, a swimming pool, dual boat launch and EV charging. Just 10 minutes away, explore downtown Kelseyville.

Samadhi’s Birdhouse is a quiet retreat perched atop a tiny peninsula that juts out into the southern portion of Clear Lake reaching toward Mount Konocti [Mountain Woman in Pomo]. Water surrounds you on all sides as birds abound. You’ll see pelicans streaming past; egrets finding their familiar ground; eagles, hawks, and turkey vultures looking down in curiosity. Deer, jackrabbits, and wild turkey graze together while melodic birdsong fills the air.
