Our quiet, peaceful apartment is conveniently placed. It is close to town, yet far enough away to feel out of the hustle and bustle of the tourist centre. You will have sole use of the apartment. As well as a very comfortable living space, there is a lovely, private front deck with amazing views of Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkable Mountains - perfect for your morning coffee or pre dinner drinks. The kitchen is well stocked for eating at home as well. A under cover, private carpark is included.

A modern apartment with magnificent views out across lake Wakatipu. This apartment has been completed to a very high standard and has all the amenities you need. Located in Fernhill, which is a short driving distance to Queenstown centre or you can use the walking track and walk into the town (around 45mins). There is a bus stop and local shop/fish and chips and restaurant all within walking distance. This apartment is super warm and cosy and well equipped to make your stay comfortable.

Lake Views On Sunrise Lane

Sunrise is a lovely place to relax and take in the stunning views of Lake Wakatipu and The Remarkables. The sleeping options can be arranged to suit: For 2 people you can have either a King Size Bed or 2 Single Beds set up in the main bedroom. There is also an additional single bed that can be set up in the lounge if required for a 3rd person, although you will need to pay an extra guest fee of $50 for this. Please let us know how you would like the beds set up at time of booking.

It does not affect the unit view however as the work they do is carried out during standard New Zealand working hours and may cause some daytime noise in the surrounding area or partial road blockages. Our rates have already been adjusted to reflect this, and we appreciate your understanding as the area undergoes improvements. Please note that no further compensation not will be provided.

Ideal for a couple wishing to enjoy the unique attractions of Queenstown or looking for a relaxing holiday.

This cosy little flat is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Fernhill, just a 5 minute drive from central Queenstown. It has views over Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables. There is a dairy (corner shop), fish & chip shop and wine bar/restaurant a 10 minute walk away. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.
