Luishne na Maidne

Luishne na Maidne (First blush of Morning) is perched on the north eastern shelf of the Caherragh valley in the heart of Burren, County Clare. It has been famously described as 'having it's own private sky and private horizon'. Here, in this protected landscape, farmers and it's other inhabitants co-exist with nature. It is not commercially developed and it's pastures, hills and fields still resonate the names that were given them by our ancestors.

Fanore beach is 2 miles away and 1.5 miles to village with pub, restaurant and shop. 14 miles to world famous Cliffs of Moher and 8 miles to Doolin village and Aran Island ferry.
