Along with our two local pubs and town square. The house is very close to the hub of fairlie but yet far enough away to be able to breathe and have a bit of privacy. The home and grounds are spacious with views of Mt Dobson from the patio, lounge and bedrooms. The house has open plan kitchen, dining and lounge perfect for families and larger groups. Situated off the main road, we are a 2 minute walk to the supermarket, cafes, playground and shops.

With the Fox Peak Ski Field and the North Opuha Conservation Park only 10 minutes drive this home is perfect for those interested in tramping, fishing, mountain biking, horse riding or skiing.
